What You No Longer Negotiate With: A New Moon in Sagittarius of Truth, Power, & Embodiment
Silhouette of an archer drawing back a bow, symbolizing focus , discernment, and embodied direction.
This is not a New Moon that announces itself loudly.
It does not promise instant renewal or dramatic breakthroughs.
But, don’t mistake subtlety for weakness.
This New Moon carries quiet authority.
And with it, the internal bargaining ends —
not through force, but because the question no longer needs to be asked.
What makes this New Moon different is not what it reveals, but where the truth lands. Saturn and Neptune retrograde remove the fog and numbing that once allowed us to stay disconnected from our bodies and dance with fantasy. Mars crossing into Capricorn shifts desire from impulse into more contained and grounded, weight-bearing capacity. And with Mercury aligned with the Part of Fortune, clarity itself becomes regulating as we find ourselves more aligned with the flow of life.
Together, these transits help us move desire out of the nervous system and into the body. Wanting becomes something you either have the capacity to receive- or you don’t. The question no longer is What do I want? but Can my body actually hold this?
So as we stand at the crossroads of the completion and rebirth as we arrive at this final New Moon of the year, I invite you to take a sacred pause and feel the fullness of both energies: both the gratitude for the journey and growth that we’ve walked and the excitement for the adventure that awaits us yet ahead. Part of the gift of Sagittarius, the archetype of the Archer, is that it teaches us that our experiences are our greatest teachers. This New Moon asks us to reflect on the whole of the wisdom we’ve collected and aim our arrow toward an even more expansive future.
There’s powerful magic in the liminal space that lies between what was and what has yet to be.. This New Moon invites us to linger here, to resist the urge to rush forward or cling to the past. For it is in this sacred liminal space, that we have access to pure potential. Contemplate expansion. Who do you feel yourself becoming? What dreams are stirring and asking to be seeded that weren’t present at the beginning of the year? Sagittarius, a sign ruled by Jupiter, reminds us that the most powerful manifestations originate from a place of both faith and possibility.
This Is Not a Fresh Start — It’s a Clearing
For many, this New Moon will not feel exciting.
It will feel neutral.
What once felt charged may now feel complete.
What once felt compelling may now feel unnecessary.
What once required effort may now quietly fall away.
This is not loss of passion.
It is the end of emotional over-investment in what no longer aligns.
This New Moon does not initiate action.
It initiates inner closure.
Venus–Mars: When Desire Stops Being Abstract
What surprised me most about this New Moon is how desire feels right now.
It isn’t loud. It isn’t urgent. It doesn't come with a sense of urgency, fear of loss, or the need for reassurance.
It’s slower, more grounded, and unmistakably embodied.
I don’t find myself wanting more - just a quiet understanding that I want what actually fits and is aligned.
And when desire drops into the body, it stops asking to be chased and starts asking to be honored.
And for the first time in a long while, my body and my truth agree.
This New Moon carries an echo of this collective shift through Venus and Mars — not because of heightened passion or urgency, but because of a change in how desire itself is experienced and acted upon.
Venus describes what we value and are drawn toward.
Mars describes how we move, act, and assert ourselves.
Together, they describe our engine behind choice.
Under this lunation, that engine is changing.
How Desire Has Been Operating (Collectively)
Over the last several years, desire — on average and at a collective level — has often been shaped by reaction rather than orientation.
This has shown up as:
• wanting what regulates the nervous system (whether seemingly, or true) rather than what best aligns life
• pursuing intensity, movement, or reassurance over sustainability
• staying engaged with situations that create momentum but not necessarily coherence
This does not describe everyone.
It describes a dominant collective operating mode — one reinforced by years of living in a constant state of active response - adjusting, managing, bracing - instead of embodying and inhabiting what was actually sustainable.
The result has been a pattern of motion without grounding.
What Is Changing Now
With this New Moon, desire begins to slow down and solidify.
Rather than pulling us forward through urgency or fantasy, it starts to register as a tangible weight in the body — something that must be carried, supported, and lived with.
What we want now increasingly asks us a grounded question:
Am I willing to organize my life around this — and not just feel it?
Where the answer is unclear, desire weakens.
Where the answer is no, desire fades.
Where the answer is yes, reality begins to reorganize.
This is not a moral shift.
It is a somatic one.
What’s shifting now is not what we want - it’s where desire lives.
For much of the last cycle desire operated primarily in the mind: as longing, projection, fantasy, urgency, or narrative.
But under this New Moon, desire drops into the body.
It becomes weight-bearing. It is felt as tension, heaviness, steadiness, or refusal.
The nervous system begins to ask a quieter but more honest question: Can I actually carry this?
Desire is no longer something you think about. It’s something that you either have the capacity to carry - or you don’t.
Desire Now Carries Consequence
This is where this Venus–Mars conjunction becomes collective.
Desire is no longer neutral.
It leaves a footprint.
• If you want peace, feeding chaos begins to feel physically destabilizing.
• If you want abundance, energetic leakage becomes immediately costly
• If you want intimacy, avoiding honesty creates bodily tension
• If you want purpose, numbing dissatisfaction becomes harder to sustain
• If you want stability, remaining attached to uncertainty erodes trust in your own inner authority
These are not punishments.
They are feedback signals.
The body no longer supports divided commitments.
Mars Crossing into Capricorn: From Wanting to Willingness
Although Venus remains in Sagittarius, Mars has just crossed into Capricorn and is operating out of bounds.
This marks the shift from desire as an idea to desire as a structure.
Sagittarius clarifies what is true.
Capricorn asks whether that truth will be lived.
Out of bounds, Mars does not wait for permission or consensus.
Action follows inner decision — quietly, deliberately, and without performance.
There is no rush here.
Only inevitability - the quiet certainty and acceptance that follows an inner decision already reached.
What cannot be embodied cannot be sustained.
The Collective Undercurrent
This Venus–Mars moment does not ask for dramatic action.
It asks for congruence between what you know, what you choose, and what you live.
Specifically:
• internal alignment between values and behavior
• inner consistency between desire and capacity
• lived integrity between truth and daily life
Where coherence is present, things stabilize.
Where it is absent, energy withdraws.
That withdrawal is not failure.
It is intelligence.
The Question Beneath It All
This New Moon surfaces one simple, unavoidable question:
What are you still wanting that your body no longer consents to carry?
This may show up as:
staying in a relationship that requires constant self-override
pursuing a path that looks meaningful but feels hollow
holding a role that once fit but now generates quiet resentment
chasing stability while remaining attached to the thrill or freedom of uncertainty
Where the body withdraws consent, desire does not need to be defeated.
It simply completes.
And where the answer is clear, desire matures.
Where it is not, desire resolves itself.
That is how this shift lands — not dramatically, but quietly and definitively.
The Sagittarius Stellium: Recalibration, Not Action
This New Moon is supported by a true Sagittarius compression point:
• Part of Fortune at 9° Sagittarius
• Mercury at 10° Sagittarius (tight conjunction)
• Venus at 23° Sagittarius
• Sun and Moon at 27° Sagittarius
• Galactic Center at 27° Sagittarius
Sagittarius does not demand movement.
It demands recalibration.
With Mercury tightly conjunct the Part of Fortune, clarity becomes leverage. Accurate perception, honest self-assessment, and truth-telling — especially to ourselves — create flow.
Prosperity under this New Moon does not come from optimism or positive expectation.
It comes from accuracy.
From naming what is sustainable and releasing what is not.
From telling the truth early instead of paying for it later.
When effort aligns with reality, resources reorganize naturally -and the path opens.
The Galactic Center: Truth Without Drama
With the Sun and Moon aligned with the Galactic Center, clarity arrives without spectacle.
The Galactic Center does not create chaos.
It removes distortion.
Higher guidance and clarity become quietly known.
This is why you may experience:
• a sudden lack of emotional charge
• an unexplainable loss of interest
• the sense that a decision has already been made internally
This is not guidance arriving.
It is noise leaving.
Clarity, simplified.
Saturn and Neptune Retrograde in Pisces: The End of Spiritual Evasion
The Sun–Moon square to Saturn and Neptune retrograde creates a pressure system underlying the lunation.
Saturn retrograde in Pisces asks us to consider:
Where has compassion become avoidance?
Where has understanding replaced self-respect?
Where have you already known the boundary — and not honored it?
Neptune retrograde dissolves the emotional anesthesia that once made misalignment tolerable.
Fantasies lose their glow.
Soothing explanations feel hollow and stop working.
The stories we used to justify staying no longer provide relief.
What remains is not confusion - it is clarity.
Stark.
Honest.
And impossible to unsee.
Together, Saturn and Neptune demand:
• embodiment over transcendence
• integrity over imagination
• lived truth over spiritual language
You cannot float through this New Moon.
It is asking us to choose to live differently.
The Universal 9 Year: Closure at the Level of Identity
A 9 Year does not end circumstances.
It ends identifications.
This year quietly asks:
• Who have you been because you thought you had to be?
• What role are you still performing out of habit?
• What emotional contract expired long ago — but you keep renewing?
This is closure without drama.
Quiet.
Irreversible.
Clean.
And outer life will naturally follow — without force.
Scorpio Synthesis: When Truth Becomes Power
Sagittarius clarifies what is true.
What begins here as Sagittarius truth does not remain abstract.
Scorpio helps us to identify what is non-negotiable.
This New Moon does not ask us to see more clearly — it asks us to withdraw energy from what is no longer worthy of our life force. Scorpio teaches that true power is not gained by pursuit, but by selective engagement. It teaches us about the dynamics of energy and the power that it holds.
When truth is honored, desire matures, and action becomes clean. Emotional debt dissolves. Old bargains quietly expire. What once required vigilance no longer carries psychic charge, because the power sustaining it has been withdrawn.
This is how transformation actually occurs.
Sagittarius names the truth.
Scorpio claims it.
Capricorn lives it.
Mars in Capricorn (Out of Bounds): Consequence and Embodiment
Mars has just crossed into Capricorn and is operating out of bounds — outside the usual rules of social permission or inherited expectation.
This is not impulsive Mars.
This is sovereign Mars.
Action now follows inner decision, not validation. Movement occurs only after the cost has been weighed. Sagittarius names the truth; Capricorn makes it unavoidable.
This is where embodiment happens — quietly, decisively, and without performance.
The Year of the Snake: Shedding Without Explanation
The Snake does not narrate its transformation.
It does not wait for permission.
It sheds because the skin is no longer able to support him.
This year supports:
• private decisions
• energetic withdrawals
• quiet inner departures that occur long before anything changes outwardly
The most powerful transformations now happen without announcement.
Prosperity, Healing, and Alignment
This New Moon carries a subtle but profound teaching about prosperity.
True abundance comes from energetic sovereignty.
Healing happens not by fixing, but by ending the patterns that require repair.
Alignment emerges not through exertion and extra effort, but through the refusal to continue living out of integrity and alignment with truth.
This is how generational patterns quietly break.
The Archer at the Threshold
The archer appears when instinct and vision finally agree,
Not when the future is certain - but when the body knows where not to aim anymore.
This Full Moon does not ask for movement.
It refines our direction.
It invites us to release the arrows we’ve been holding mid-draw— the half chosen paths, the inherited ambitions, the futures shaped by vigilance rather than truth.
The archer is often mistaken for pushing relentlessly forward.
But, in its healed form, he is discerning.
He waits.
He listens.
He learns to honor and lower the bow when the body says no.
This lunation does not push us towards what’s next.
It heals the part of us that believed survival required constant aiming -
constant becoming,
constant proving.
As the year closes, the medicine we’re offered is subtle and exacting:
aim only where your breath is steady, your spine is tall, and your nervous system is no longer braced.
The power of the archer is not force.
It is alignment.
Every year ends at a threshold, whether we acknowledge it or not.
And the archer stands here - not as a symbol of striving, but of truth in motion.
The bow drawn only after listening.
The arrow released only when the body agrees.
This Full Moon does not bless effort.
It blesses clarity.
It blesses the courage to stop aiming at futures that require self-abandonment to reach.
And as we step into 2026, the empowerment offered is quiet and unshakeable:
you do not need to chase what is meant for you.
When alignment is real, direction becomes obvious -
and the arrow releases itself.
The only question that remains:
What becomes possible when you aim from steadiness instead of strain?
With much love always,
Seraph
The Visibility Wound - And Why Your Soul Chose It
She learned to hide her fire to survive.
Now she lets it be seen.
Often you are confronted with hard truths along your healing journey.
One of which has surfaced for me lately:
You are not hiding because you are humble.
You are hiding because you were hurt.
Most struggles with visibility are not confidence problems.
They are wounds — formed long before adulthood and often in our earliest formative years.
When Being Seen Was Unsafe
For many of us, visibility was not encouraged — it was corrected, minimized, uncelebrated, or simply ignored.
Maybe you were too expressive.
Too emotional.
Too intuitive.
Too fiery.
Too honest.
In some way, viewed as simply too much.
So your nervous system learned early:
It’s safer & more comfortable to be smaller than I really am.
You learned to:
• shrink mid-sentence
• read the room before speaking
• dim your excitement
• soften your truth
• become palatable
• shapeshift like a chameleon to please others or somehow promote harmony and peace within the energy around you
You didn’t become invisible.
You became strategically less than your essential essence.
You became conditioned to dim your light around others.
My Personal Story - Where the Wound Began
I never felt truly celebrated as a child. Ancestral patterning of emotional neglect and suppression was carried through in my mother’s lineage and hit strongly in our home. I lost count of how many times the old cliche “children should be seen and not heard” was chided into my subconscious and reinforced. I could relax and shine one-on-one, but in any spotlight on-stage, or in front of a group, I collapsed inside myself. I went to college on a music scholarship, yet my anxiety during public performances was so intense that even after standing ovations, I doubted and self criticized every note. I avoided the spotlight entirely, and it robbed me of the joy of my gift. For more than two decades after college, I didn’t touch music… until recently, when my healing path led me back.
It wasn’t until I began studying astrology — and witnessed raising my own Leo rising child — that this missing piece and thread of my own inner child healing has finally come into focus.
My birth chart tells a truth that I ran from for years: as a Leo rising with Jupiter tightly conjunct my Midheaven, I am created to be seen. But my Chiron in Aries etched a wound around identity so early in life that visibility felt somehow dangerous instead of natural. I learned to hide the very fire I came here to embody — and reclaiming it has become the heart of my most recent healing.
The Ego’s Role as Protector
As we grow, ego steps in — not as an enemy, but as a guard.
Don’t risk it again.
Don’t be misunderstood.
Don’t draw attention.
Its safer - and simply more comfortable - to sit back and stay unseen.
This creates internal patterns of:
• perfectionism
• self-editing
• overthinking
• indecisiveness; waiting for the “right” moment
• playing small even when the soul is ready
Ego isn’t the villain.
It is the protector of the child who once learned that visibility came with pain.
But here is the turning point:
What once kept you safe is now keeping you stuck.
The Fear of Being Misunderstood - The Aries Chiron Story:
For many of us carrying this wound deeply, the fear isn’t visibility itself.
It’s being seen inaccurately.
The natal wound of Chiron in Aries often carries the imprint:
If I reveal who I really am, I will be miscast. I will be misunderstood.
So, to compensate, you often:
• over-explain
• soften your truth
• hesitate to take up space
• spend more of your energy and time managing perception instead of embodying essence
This is not insecurity.
It is not pride.
It is a karmic wound around identity and self-trust.
And, it is meant to be healed.
The 12/12 Portal - An Ancient Window For Shedding
For thousands of years, repeating numbers were recognized as threshold days — moments when identity and manifestation become more malleable and release happens with less resistance.
The number 12 has always marked completion and transition:
• 12 zodiac signs
• 12 lunar cycles
• 12 stages of initiation
In numerology, 12 reduces to 3 — the number of expression, truth, and rebirth.
This year, the 12/12 portal coincides with a waning moon, the lunar phase of release and shedding.
Which could not be more synchronous - especially within the context that these are occurring in the Year of the Snake - a year of embodying endings, cycle completion, and shedding.
Together, they create an ancient energetic opening:
• for dissolving old identities
• for releasing inherited patterns
• for shedding the skin that once protected but now constricts
This makes 12/12 a powerful moment to recognize — and alchemize — the visibility wound- or truly any other pattern or wounding that may be holding you back from your life path.
Whether you are reading this today, on 12-12-2025 or on another, the message still holds true - the call to release the subconscious patterning and blockages that are holding you back, is an invitation for growth. And spirit will honor your recognition and desire to surrender and release these whenever they surface for you. Coinciding your release on a day with mystical meaning is simply another layer you can add into ritual or spiritual devotion, if you so choose. But, it is not a necessity. Follow what feels true to you. My mystical soul just loves synchronicity, sacred meaning, and ritualistic based practice.
Visibility As Devotion, Not Performance
Healed visibility isn’t about exposure, applause, or being “on.”
For a long time it was those very things that I used as an excuse to hide behind, as I associated them with self inflated pride and ego.
On the contrary, visibility is devotion.
It is a reclamation of your most central essence.
It is the moment you decide:
I will no longer abandon myself to stay acceptable.
And when embraced through authentic alignment, visibility becomes presence —
steady, grounded, and rooted in truth.
Reclaiming the Throne
When you stop bargaining with your light:
• your path clarifies
• the right people recognize you
• your energy stops leaking
Stepping into visibility isn’t arrogance.
It is returning to yourself.
And you are much easier to find when you stop hiding.
The Sacred Pause
True visibility has rhythm:
• expression
• rest
• integration
• re-emergence
There is a difference between hiding and healing.
Healed visibility honors both.
Simple Tools for Alchemizing the Visibility Wound
1. The Unseen Self Letter
Write what was never witnessed.
What you learned to suppress.
What brilliance went uncelebrated.
Release it with intention.
2. Mirror Work
Look into your own eyes - hold contact for several seconds and say:
My visibility is safe with me.
Let the body learn and reinforce what the mind already knows.
3. Somatic Shedding
Hands to throat and chest.
Exhale the moments you dimmed your light.
Your body remembers — and can release when you invite it to.
4. Identity Contemplation
Sit in Meditation & Ask Yourself Honestly:
Who am I outside the story others projected onto me?
This is the place of deep authenticity and awareness, where the wound becomes wisdom.
5. Threshold Act
One honest act.
One brave step.
One truth spoken.
Name it.
Cross it.
It is the first step towards action and embodiment and regular practice will help to reinforce new subconscious patterning.
The Purpose of the Wound
Many of us who carry this wound have it tied to our life purpose and carry a voice that is meant to be used in service to others.
You were not unseen because you lacked worth.
You were unseen because your truth needed depth.
And that growth was still forming.
The truth is this: your visibility was never meant to be fragile.
It was never meant to depend on approval, timing, or permission.
It was shaped through contrast.
Tempered through silence.
Forged in the years you learned how to hold your fire inward before you were ready to carry it outward.
This moment — this shedding — marks a quiet but irreversible turning point.
Not the rise of a louder version of you,
but the return of a truer one.
You are not here to force yourself into visibility.
You are here to stop leaving it.
To release the belief that being seen must cost you safety.
To loosen the vow that told you love of any kind required shrinking.
To let the old skin fall away naturally, now that it no longer fits.
Visibility, when healed, is not a performance.
It is presence.
It is the calm certainty of standing in your truth
without bracing for impact.
And when you allow yourself to be seen this way — steadily, honestly, without self-abandonment — something profound happens:
The world adjusts.
The right people recognize you.
Your path clarifies.
Your energy stops leaking.
Your light no longer needs defending.
Your voice no longer needs justification.
Your fire no longer needs to wait.
This is not a dramatic becoming.
It is a grounded remembering.
And from this place,
your visibility stops feeling like a risk
and starts feeling like home.
Wishing you so much love, compassion, and tenderness as you travel along your healing path.
May you always feel seen for who you truly are and celebrated for the gifts you carry.
With Much Love,
Seraph
Neptune Stations Direct at 29° Pisces: The Final Unveiling Before a New Era
Beneath the go, beneath the tide - truth waits, unchanged, ready to be seen. And the self you were meant to become begins to rise.
A truth-rising moment. A dissolving of illusion. A truth we can no longer outrun or ignore. Ultimately, a return to spiritual sovereignty.
I have felt this transit building for weeks - quietly, insistently, unmistakably.
I am always humbled by how precisely the sky mirrors our inner world - how the collective tides of astrology sync with our own inner tides, amplifying the transformations we feel long before we can name them.
There are seasons where you can sense something ending inside you well before the story catches up - a shift, a cracking, a quiet truth preparing to surface.
Neptune stationing direct at 29° Pisces is one of those moments.
Not an ending through destruction - an ending through truth.
The Esoteric Purpose of Neptune: The Great Dissolver, The Sacred Revealer
People often describe Neptune as fog or fantasy, but anyone who has lived through a significant Neptune passage knows this:
Neptune does not confuse you —
it dissolves what confuses you.
Neptune softens:
• rigid identities that no longer fit
• borrowed narratives that never belonged to you
• projections that distorted your perception
• spiritual glamour that fed illusions
• false guidance or charismatic distortion
• roles you unconsciously played to feel safe
• fantasies that once felt comforting but became cages
The dissolving can feel like disorientation,
but it is actually the beginning of inner clarity.
Neptune removes the noise so intuition can speak.
It washes away the counterfeit so the truth can breathe.
In every Neptune initiation I’ve lived through, the pattern is the same:
A dream fractures.
A narrative dissolves.
A truth rises from the deep.
And suddenly — clarity.
Not dramatic.
Not violent.
Simply unmistakable.
Neptune is the tide that returns you to yourself.
Neptune Direct at 29° Pisces — The Threshold Between Eras
When Neptune stations at the final degree of the zodiac,
the veil does not simply lift —
it dissolves entirely.
29° Pisces is where endings become revelations.
This is the culmination of a 14-year spiritual identity cycle.
A psychic clearing of everything absorbed, imagined, idealized, bypassed, or spiritually entangled since 2011.
In this portal, you may experience:
• a sudden knowing that something has reached its natural end
• clarity arriving through intuition, not analysis
• the collapse of old spiritual or emotional constructs
• the unraveling of illusions you didn’t know you carried
• the shedding of outdated versions of yourself
• a renewed instinct to reclaim your power and path
• messages arriving through dreams, symbols, and déjà vu
There is a moment in every Neptune cycle when the truth becomes louder than your avoidance.
This is that moment.
An ending through truth is one of the gentlest and most precise forms of liberation.
The Anaretic Degree — The Karmic Purification Point
29° is the anaretic degree — the karmic threshold.
And at 29° Pisces, it becomes a spiritual detox chamber.
This is where the deeper layers surface:
• spiritual bypass patterns
• unconscious longing
• emotional attachment to fantasy
• places you surrendered your discernment
• subtle power imbalances
• dynamics that drained your intuition
• the shimmer of spiritual charisma masking shadow
• psychic residue from unhealthy influences
• illusions you willingly participated in because truth felt too sharp
This isn’t punishment.
It’s purification.
Sometimes you don’t realize you were carrying someone else’s distortion
until Neptune dissolves the tether.
Sometimes the spell breaks first —
and the truth arrives after.
However it arrives, 29° Pisces says:
“You will see clearly now.
Not through fear, not through fantasy —
but through your own reclaimed intuition.”
This degree asks you to witness what your soul already knows:
What was never aligned drops away.
What was real remains.
What was false loses its power.
And perhaps most importantly, Neptune is dissolving the ego in this final transit.
Not the self- but the part of us that clings to being right, saving face, or maintaining a story long past its truth.
The part that resists humility.
The part that fears being seen without its armor.
This is the ego death that feels less like destruction and more like release.
Neptune softens the rigid edges of identity so that your purest essence can rise - the part of you that is aligned with your highest path., your deepest wisdom, your original blueprint.
What once blocked you, bound you, or blinded you, is finally allowed to rest.
And in its place, the self that you were always meant to become begins to take shape.
The Prophecy Portal: Dreams, Symbols & Psychic Transmission
The days surrounding this station carry an oracular quality.
Dreams can become:
• instruction
• revelation
• confirmation
• course correction
Symbols repeat until you acknowledge them.
Emotions surface with precise intelligence.
The inner voice becomes louder, steadier, undeniable.
I’ve learned to pay very close attention to my intuition, synchronicities, and dreams (finally, returning!) in Neptune portals — not because they are poetic, but because they are accurate.
The message this time is collective and unmistakable:
What is false dissolves.
What is true reveals itself.
This is a chapter where the soul speaks louder than illusion.
The Shift Ahead: Neptune Prepares to Enter Aries
Neptune will enter Aries soon — for the first time since the 1800s — ending the Piscean dissolution era and beginning a cycle of spiritual embodiment.
This marks a profound transition:
From merging → to individuation.
From dreaming → to becoming.
From intuition → to identity.
From surrender → to sovereignty.
From longing → to action.
Pisces is where the ocean teaches us to dissolve.
Aries is where the flame teaches us to rise.
This station is the tide pulling back, revealing what remains when illusion is removed.
The question now becomes:
What new identity is gathering strength beneath the surface, waiting to be born?
The Scorpionic Teaching: Discernment Is Sacred
As Neptune dissolves illusion, Scorpio delivers the deeper teaching:
Discernment is not judgment.
Discernment is spiritual protection.
It is knowing:
• what resonates with your soul and what does not
• what nourishes your intuition and what drains it
• what is truth and what is glamour
• what is wisdom and what is manipulation
• what is aligned evolution and what is spiritual theater
Discernment is the art of seeing clearly
without needing to condemn.
It is the courage to walk toward what is real
and walk away from what is not.
This is the season of reclaiming your:
• energy
• sovereignty
• narrative
• intuition
• sacred knowing
Neptune strips away the noise
so Scorpio can sharpen the truth.
If You Feel Heavy, Tired, or Emotionally Raw — You’re Not Breaking Down. You’re Clearing.
This transit empties the psychic ocean.
It is normal to feel:
• tired
• internally quiet
• deeply intuitive
• emotionally porous
• nostalgic
• disoriented
• relieved
• ready
This is not collapse.
It is clearing.
It is your system releasing everything your future self cannot carry.
How To Work With This Energy:
Let clarity arrive in its own time.
Neptune direct doesn’t demand a declaration of truth, it simply restores your ability to perceive it.
If you allow the emotional tide to move through you without forcing an interpretation, intuition and logic begin to collaborate rather than compete. Hold your realizations gently instead of rushing to turn them into action. The softer your grip, the more powerfully what surfaces today will shape your next steps.
This is a day to receive understanding, not to conquer it.
And because Neptune’s waters can feel vast, porous, or unconfined, grounding becomes essential. A few simple acts can stabilize your energy or any resistance to clarity rising from the deep:
Touch the earth with your bare hands.
Water dissolves; earth contains.
Let your palms meet soil, bark, or stone.
Feel the emotional excess drain downward, and the steadiness of the Earth rise to meet you.
Ground through pressure
Press your feet into the floor.
Press your palms together.
Press your back against a wall.
Pressure calms water energy and reinforces containment - something porous Pisces needs.
Step outside without your phone.
Even 3 minutes will do.
Open air clears psychic reside more effectively than analysis.
It becomes easier to sense what is yours, and what was never meant to stay in your field.
Name Three Sensations In Your Body
Neptune dissolves boundaries; the body restores them.
Ask yourself:
What do I feel on my skin?
What do my feet feel?
Where is my breath?
This brings wandering intuition back into embodied presence and truth.
Go Outside and Observe One Thing That Isn’t Moving
Neptune moves everything; Earth stills it.
Trees. Stones. Frozen earth.
Hold your gaze.
Let your system mirror the stillness.
Drink Water Consciously
Hold your glass and whisper “Return me to myself.”
Let every sip move you from dissolution into coherence.
These practices don’t force clarity - they help cultivate conditions for it.
Reflection Prompts for the Neptune Portal
1. What illusion am I finally ready to dissolve?
2. What truth has been whispering for months?
3. Where did I absorb spiritual or emotional distortion — and where am I releasing it now?
4. What version of myself am I shedding?
5. What pattern ends here, permanently?
6. In what ways is my intuition becoming clearer, stronger, more sovereign?
7. What spiritual identity is beginning to emerge as Neptune prepares to enter Aries?
The tide has done its work.
The fire is coming.
Get ready to rise.
Gemini Full Moon: The Oracle Axis & The Moment I Stopped Fearing Dark Energy
A woman cradles the full moon like a frequency she is examining - not fearing, not shrinking from, but reading. This mirrors your journey: feeling the energy, interpreting it correctly, and reclaiming sovereignty.
How presence awakened my gifts, how spiritual warfare sharpened my clarity, and how the Gemini–Sagittarius polarity turns perception into inner knowing.
When your intuitive gifts first open, your entire perception shifts - and energy becomes unmistakably louder.
Not externally — internally.
Sensations sharpen.
Intuition accelerates.
Patterns that were once invisible start to reveal themselves.
Your nervous system begins speaking in a language you didn’t know you’d always understood.
And that’s exactly what has happened to me in the past few months.
When My Gifts First Opened
For most of my life, I lived slightly outside myself — functional, deeply goal oriented, mildly intuitive….but mostly dissociated from my body.
Then, as I began to do my healing and shadow work, shifts began to slowly happen.
I became aware I dissociated, recognized how this felt, and learned how to stay consciously present in my body for the first time.
Presence changed everything -
because once I stopped leaving myself,
I finally began hearing my life.
My sensitivity wasn’t new —
my awareness of it was.
But without a framework, without language, and without any prior experience, feeling energy somatically was a bit unsettling at first.
The Moment Everything Changed
I’ve shared my story of my own initiatory threshold to my Chiron Return -
it has been a crash course in so many spiritual and energetic lessons the past 7 months.
When it first began, the learning curve was steep.
So naturally, the first few encounters felt overwhelming — not because the energy was stronger than me, but because it was unknown.
The breakthroughs and lessons came quickly.
I eventually realized I was on her ritualistic “list” each lunar cycle - along with others who had left, shined too brightly, or triggered something in her untended shadows.
Some cycles, the hexes, ritualistic attacks, or spellwork attempts were more than once.
Rarely, were they successful - but, they were always felt.
And each carried an important insight or lesson that I learned and grew from.
One night, when I felt that familiar pressure rise again,
instead of spiraling into worry, concerns about what it all meant, anxiety about needing to better prepare and protect myself, or fear about unknown effects,
I went still.
Still in my body.
Still in my breath.
Still in my knowing.
And in that stillness I realized:
The fear wasn’t mine.
The meaning I assigned to the sensation was.
I wasn’t being “attacked” in the way I had imagined.
I was perceiving energy without context — and interpreting it through the lens of uncertainty.
The instant I recognized the misplaced fear, my entire field recalibrated.
My perception didn’t change.
My interpretation did.
And once that shifted, the energy lost all influence.
The sensations continued —
but they became nothing more than information entering my awareness.
Clarity sealed the doorway that fear had once opened.
And that was the moment I stepped fully into my sovereignty.
The Oracle Axis: How This Transformation Was Possible
(The Gemini–Sagittarius polarity explained through actual spiritual experience.)
The Gemini–Sagittarius polarity — what I call The Oracle Axis — is the zodiac’s sacred mechanism for how truth moves through a being.
It’s not just the “knowledge axis.”
It’s the axis that determines whether you create your reality from fear or from sovereignty.
Gemini is the Receiver — the energetic aperture.
Gemini is the point of contact:
• the vibration you pick up
• the intuitive whisper
• the nervous system spike
• the shift you can’t explain yet
It is akin to the psychic drumskin stretched over your field.
Gemini receives the signal.
Sagittarius is the Interpreter — the meaning-maker.
Sagittarius is where:
• narratives take shape
• intuition becomes direction
• truth crystallizes
• destiny is named
Sagittarius tells the story that becomes your reality.
This is the architecture of intuitive mastery - receiving is only half of the magic;
naming is the other part that turns perception into inner knowing.
And Scorpio provides the raw material.
Scorpio brings:
• shadow
• wounds
• desire
• power
• subconscious truth
If Gemini receives a fear-frequency,
Sagittarius constructs a destiny rooted in fear,
and Scorpio manifests the emotional reality of that fear.
But if Gemini receives the same frequency
and Sagittarius assigns a sovereign meaning,
Scorpio transmutes it into power, mastery, and clarity.
This is the esoteric law of The Oracle Axis:
Gemini teaches:
You choose what frequencies to attune to.
Sagittarius teaches:
You choose what those frequencies mean.
Together they remind us:
Your magic begins the moment you stop interpreting intuition through fear.
The Gemini Full Moon Initiation
Under this Gemini Full Moon — opposite the Sagittarius Sun —
this axis opens inside all of us.
This is the moment where:
• perception sharpens
• dissociation ends
• presence takes root
• gifts accelerate
• narratives shift
• fear dissolves
• clarity becomes your shield
• sovereignty becomes your language
This moon awakens the oracle within you.
The part of you that:
• receives clearly (Gemini)
• interprets wisely (Sagittarius)
• transmutes powerfully (Scorpio)
This moon asks:
Are you interpreting your perceptions through fear —
or through sovereignty?
Because the story you choose is the reality you create.
The Real Truth Most People Need To Be Reminded Of & Hear
There is no such thing as being psychically overpowered by someone you do not believe has power over you.
Fear opens the door.
Clarity closes it.
Sovereignty seals it.
Your sensitivity is not a weakness.
Your perception is not a threat.
Your intuition is not a liability.
You are not being harmed.
You are being informed - and invited into deeper clarity.
And once you understand the Oracle Axis,
you stop fearing the shadows
and start reading them.
You stop bracing
and start breathing.
You stop reacting
and start interpreting.
You stop shrinking
and start choosing.
Because the truth is simple and liberating:
You were never the hunted.
You were always the oracle.
And this wisdom? You have always had access to it.
And the moment you stop fearing what you feel,
your higher truth begins.
Journal Reflections:
What sensations do I perceive most clearly in my body when energy enters my field?
What meaning have I historically assigned to those sensations - and was it accurate?
What frequencies am I choosing to attune to right now?
What story is Sagittarius inviting me to write today?
Where am I still interpreting intuition through a lens of fear instead of truth? What happens if I rewrite that narrative from a place of power?
What truth wants to speak to me under this Gemini Full Moon? What message is rising that I can no longer suppress or ignore?
If you recognize a thread of fear surface, what wisdom is present for you beneath that fear?
What would it look like to stand in complete energetic sovereignty for one full lunar cycle? How would I show up? What would I no longer respond to? What would I claim?
Who am I becoming now that I know nothing can touch me without my consent? What identity is emerging? What power and truth are you aligning with and claiming?
Wishing you many adventures into your own inner wisdom this Sagittarius Season.
May the messages you receive become clearer, more aligned, and unmistakably alive within you.

SEDNA: The Feminine Wound That Remembers — and the Power That Awakens When We Refuse to Abandon Ourselves
A dramatic museum style sculpture of Sedna, the Inuit sea goddess. Her expression is serene yet powerful, embodying both grief and sovereignty. Soft, moody lighting casts shadows across the sculpture, highlighting its texture and giving it an ancient, mythic presence.
There are some wounds we never participated in and never consented to.
Patterns we did not create.
Emotional imprints we carry quietly in the body, the breath, the nervous system.
They show up as:
• freezing instead of fighting,
• silence instead of truth,
• caretaking instead of receiving,
• avoiding instead of choosing,
• dissociating instead of presence,
• taking emotional crumbs and calling it love.
These are not personality flaws.
They are lineage stories living in the body.
And no archetype captures this more than Sedna —
the goddess of betrayal, abandonment, and ultimately, the resurrection of feminine power.
Sedna is the point in the chart where the feminine lineage froze in terror…
and where you are now being asked to thaw.
Before we explore the astrology, you must first meet her.
Not the symbol.
Not the asteroid.
The woman beneath the sea.
THE MYTH OF SEDNA
There are many myths of Sedna but they all carry a common theme. Here is a basic overview of the Inuit myth of her story that I find most accurate in chart overlays where she sits prominently.
A story that reveals the deepest truth about feminine wounding — and the origin of its power.
Sedna is a young woman whose father grows impatient with her. Suitors reject her. She rejects them. Either way, she becomes an inconvenience — a burden he wants to resolve.
Eventually she is coerced into an arranged marriage with a man who appears elegant, wealthy, and kind.
But once Sedna arrives in his remote home, the truth is revealed:
He is no man.
He is a raven — cruel, predatory, deceptive.
When her parents visit, Sedna begs to leave.
Desperate and afraid, her father finally agrees, and they flee under the cover of fear.
But the raven discovers her escape.
He swoops violently over their small kayak, black wings beating against the sky, his rage threatening to capsize the boat. Her father panics.
In his terror, he does the unthinkable.
He throws his daughter — his only child — overboard into the freezing Arctic sea.
Sedna fights her way back to the edge of the kayak, clinging to life with numb fingers.
Instead of saving her, her father takes his knife…
and chops off each of her fingers, one by one.
Her severed fingers sink beneath the surface
— transforming into seals, whales, and fish, the entire nourishment of the Northern world.
Sedna, betrayed and mutilated, falls to the ocean floor.
Fingerless.
Abandoned.
Forever changed.
She becomes ruler of the sea —
keeper of nourishment, mother of the creatures who feed humankind.
But she is not gentle.
When she is angry, she withholds food.
When she is grieving, she entraps the spirits of the dead.
When she is violated, she refuses to give.
In the old stories, a shaman must journey into the depths to soothe her —
combing her tangled hair, pleading with her, begging forgiveness, showing her the hungry children who wait above the ice.
Sometimes she softens.
Sometimes she does not.
Sedna is not healed by being saved.
She becomes powerful by refusing to be abandoned again.
WHAT SEDNA REPRESENTS IN ASTROLOGY
Sedna is where:
• your lineage learned to silence itself,
• your needs were punished or ignored,
• you were taught to feed others with pieces of yourself,
• betrayal shaped your sense of safety,
• you froze instead of fought,
• self-sacrifice felt necessary for survival,
• emotional starvation became familiar,
• your intuitive truth was severed.
Sedna is not the wound.
Sedna is the place where the wound stored itself.
It is the moment the feminine lineage froze…
and the point where you are now meant to thaw.
But Sedna doesn’t operate loudly for everyone.
Her influence is specific.
Precise.
Degree-sensitive.
Mythic rather than mundane.
But, if she sits prominently or is activated in a transit, you will hear her.
And she surfaces to help you heal - and grow.
WHEN SEDNA SPEAKS LOUDLY — AND WHEN SHE REMAINS QUIET
Sedna’s orbit is 11,400 years long.
She moves slowly and deliberately —
so slowly that in a single lifetime she typically crosses only two, maybe three zodiac signs.
Because of this, Sedna’s influence is incredibly degree-sensitive.
A 1° orb is powerful.
2° is possible.
More than 3° is usually too soft to feel unless activated.
Sedna usually only plays loudly when she touches something exactly.
Sedna becomes a major force when she is:
• conjunct the Ascendant, Midheaven, Descendant, or IC,
• conjunct the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, or Mars,
• or in exact aspect to Chiron, Ceres, or Pluto.
If Sedna does not touch anything directly, she usually stays quiet — a myth sleeping at the bottom of the ocean.
But if she touches a core part of your chart?
She becomes a spiritual initiator.
A karmic gateway.
A lineage healer.
A shamanic calling.
A place of reclamation that shapes your destiny.
WHEN SEDNA IS RETROGRADE — THE OCEAN CALLS YOU BACK
Sedna retrograde is not chaotic like Mercury retrograde.
It is not disruptive like Venus retrograde.
It does not dismantle like Pluto retrograde.
Sedna retrograde is ancestral memory rising.
It feels like:
• thawing
• remembering
• recovering intuition
• retrieving abandoned parts of yourself
• softening numbness
• dissolving freeze responses
• returning to the bottom of your own ocean
• reconnecting with your emotional truth
• breaking ancient contracts of self-betrayal
Sedna retrograde is a healing descent.
This is the season where you reclaim what was once severed.
And we are in a retrograde season with her now.
THE POWER OF A SEDNA TRANSIT
Because Sedna moves through so few signs per lifetime,
her transits to personal planets or angles are extremely rare —
and profoundly significant when they do hit.
Many people will never experience:
• Sedna conjunct their Sun
• Sedna square their Moon
• Sedna touching their Venus
• Sedna crossing their Ascendant
• Sedna aspecting their Ceres, Chiron, or Midheaven
If Sedna does activate a planet or angle in your chart?
It is not random.
It is a soul contract.
Sedna transits mark:
• spiritual turning points
• motherline healing
• an end to emotional abandonment
• reclamation of your voice
• a return to self-attunement
• thawing long-frozen trauma
• reclaiming your original feminine power
• initiation into your deeper calling
Sedna transits help retrieve parts of you that were lost.
They bring you back into coherence with your soul.
HOW TO WORK WITH SEDNA’S ENERGY
Sedna is not a mind-based archetype.
She works through the body, the breath, and the places where your nervous system still holds ancient stories.
To work with Sedna is to practice self-attunement —
the medicine your lineage was denied.
Here’s how to partner with Sedna now:
1. Track your freeze.
Notice where you numb, withdraw, or go silent.
This is Sedna showing you the wound.
2. Listen for quiet truth.
Sedna’s intuition is subtle.
She speaks from the depths, not the surface.
3. Break emotional starvation cycles.
Where have you been surviving on crumbs?
Sedna calls for nourishment.
4. Validate your emotional reality.
You are not “too much.”
You were just never attuned to.
5. Reparent your nervous system.
Warmth, rest, safety, slowness, softness —
these are Sedna offerings.
6. Honor sacred anger.
Her rage is not destructive.
It is a boundary.
It is where you stop abandoning yourself.
7. Give voice to what was never spoken.
Writing, storytelling, sharing your truth —
Sedna heals through expression.
8. Heal the motherline consciously.
Sedna and Ceres together are the portal to generational repair.
9. Let your evolution take its time.
Sedna does not rush.
She works over years, not days.
She transforms lineages, not moments.
THE HEART OF SEDNA’S TEACHING
Sedna does not demand perfection.
She asks for presence.
She asks you to stop dropping yourself into the ocean to keep everyone else afloat.
She asks you to reclaim the pieces you severed to survive.
She asks you to remember your truth, even when the world taught you to freeze it.
Sedna is the place in your chart where the feminine lineage was abandoned
—and the place where you choose yourself again.
She is not the wound.
She is the threshold.
She is the descent that leads you home.
She is the power that rises when you finally say:
I will no longer abandon myself.
New Moon In Scorpio: Truth, Desire, & The Alchemy of Becoming
A dark, mystical Scorpio New Moon greets us tonight representing transformation, manifestation, and rebirth.
A Manifestation Portal on the Taurus–Scorpio Axis
This is a special New Moon — and one I am personally very excited about.
It arrives at 28°, conjunct the Mercury cazimi — truth sitting on the throne of truth — and trines Jupiter in Cancer, the cosmic midwife, great benefic, and teacher.
It is opposing Uranus, the great awakener, in its final retrograde — and final time, in our lifetime — in the sign of Taurus.
It is ruled, traditionally, by Mars in Sagittarius — the purifier, seeker of truth, and philosopher — and by decan, it is ruled by Venus, who also happens to be transiting in Scorpio.
And Lilith sits in Scorpio this New Moon as well.
This is not a “set your intentions” kind of moon.
It’s a surgical reset.
A powerhouse of change.
A truth-alignment portal.
And it will strip away every place where you’ve been:
• negotiating with your own intuition
• betraying your body’s signals
• contorting yourself for approval
• manifesting from fear — or any thread of inauthenticity — instead of sovereignty
This New Moon reminds us, not so quietly, that nothing built on self-betrayal can follow you forward.
THE TAURUS–SCORPIO AXIS: MANIFESTATION & TRUE TRANSFORMATION
Manifesting isn’t only Taurus.
And shadow work isn’t only Scorpio.
It’s the dance between the two that creates real magic.
Taurus plants the seed.
She holds the vision.
She grounds desire into the body.
She speaks truth through the throat.
She teaches embodiment, activates our voice to speak with authenticity, and builds a life we can appreciate with all of the senses.
Scorpio tests the roots.
She burns illusions.
She purifies attachments.
She resurrects what is real.
She teaches us the beauty of navigating the unknown, the necessity of death and transformation, and the integration of shadow.
She reveals the truths we try to ignore — so we can grow more embodied and aligned with our deepest authenticity.
And perhaps most powerfully, she teaches us the soft power of surrender and flow.
During this New Moon, this axis becomes one process:
Manifestation is not “asking.”
Manifestation is becoming coherent with what you say you want — getting radically honest with your deepest desires, naming them with clarity, and voicing them into existence.
This Scorpio lunation will show you exactly where you’ve been incoherent:
• where your soul wants depth but your choices stay surface
• where you desire devotion but continue to tolerate breadcrumbs
• where you ask for abundance but keep leaking energy — and scarcity patterns block your receiving
• where you want authenticity but still cling to safety
• where your throat says “I’m fine” while your womb is screaming “No more”
Scorpio digs up the root.
Taurus offers you the chance to rebuild it into something unshakeable.
MERCURY CAZIMI IN SCORPIO: A MOMENT OF UNDENIABLE CLARITY
Perhaps the most magical aspect of this New Moon is the Mercury cazimi — a moment in the heart of retrograde when Mercury becomes purified by the Sun.
A Mercury cazimi is truth in its purest form.
It is a lightning bolt of clarity.
A star aligned reset of the mind.
During this window:
• people show you who they are
• you show yourself who you are
• illusions dissolve
• denial becomes exhausting
• clarity feels like oxygen
• insights arrive unexpectedly
You will know exactly what — or who — is aligned.
And exactly what needs to end.
This is the kind of New Moon where:
• doors close themselves
• cords dissolve
• the fog lifts
• and your next identity begins to form almost magically
TRINE TO JUPITER IN CANCER: A COSMIC MIDWIFE OF NEW TIMELINES
Jupiter in Cancer is exalted.
But this is not loud abundance.
It is ancestral abundance: soft, fertile, cellular abundance —the kind that grows when you stop abandoning yourself.
This trine is a blessing on:
• your home
• your body
• your emotional truth
• your psychic gifts
• your lineage
• and every part of you ready to soften into safety, heal, and thrive
Jupiter reminds us that what we birth from truth will flourish.
This New Moon isn’t asking for force.
It wants honesty.
Integrity.
Coherence.
The kind of manifestation that comes when your soul, body, and voice stop contradicting each other — when you acknowledge what you truly want, voice it clearly, and surrender it to form.
SO WHAT IS THIS NEW MOON REALLY ABOUT?
Releasing the version of you built on survival.
Becoming the version built on truth.
Let this be the New Moon where you choose:
• devotion over distortion
• embodiment over performance
• clarity over fantasy
• alignment over attachment
• truth over longing
• receiving over chasing
• sovereignty over self-abandonment
You don’t manifest by wanting more.
You manifest by becoming the person who stands in alignment with their most authentic truth and no longer tolerates less.
Because the only vibration higher than love is embodied, coherent authenticity — a frequency that fuses love, truth, alignment, and sovereignty.
Which reminds us:
• Love without authenticity can distort
• Authenticity requires full nervous system coherence
• Authenticity collapses distortion — every single time
• Authenticity activates the heart, sacral, and throat simultaneously
• Authenticity births love that is clean, not distorted
JOURNAL REFLECTIONS
1. What truth have I been avoiding?
2. Where am I still leaking energy?
3. What desire have I been too scared to name?
4. What identity am I ready to bury?
5. What version of me is rising?
The Taurus–Scorpio axis reminds us of the full cycle of life — death and rebirth.
It reminds us of the beauty of tending our gardens and the simple pleasures of life: presence, texture, scent, taste, art, and sensory devotion.
It reminds us of the co-creative power we hold — to voice reality into being and to birth through deep power and surrender.
It reminds us of the tending our creations require, and the cathartic release into the unknown they demand.
It reminds us of the detachment manifestation requires — the umbilical cord must be cut for life to grow.
It reminds us of the polarities within us all — and the beauty of integration that true wholeness demands.
And in the end, this axis becomes a mirror — a reminder that manifestation isn’t about controlling life.
It’s about becoming the one who can hold what you’re asking for.
This New Moon invites you to plant with devotion, surrender with honesty, and rise with integrity.
Because the moment you stop clinging and start aligning, your reality rearranges around the truth of who you are.
When you speak what you want with your throat, and release what blocks it from your womb, you remember:
your power isn’t in choosing light or shadow —
your power is in holding both without abandoning yourself.
And this is how you manifest a life that is not fragile — but deeply rooted, aligned, and richly abundant.
When you see yourself in full truth — and no longer shrink from that reflection — you become magnetic to what you most deeply desire.
Wishing you a magical New Moon in every way.
With much love,
Seraph
The Distorted Feminine - Healing the Shadow We Build & Inherit, Awakening the Essence We Become
Fingertips trailing through sunlit fields - a quiet reminder that healing begins in the body, in the breath, in the simple act of feeling the world again without armor.
There is a moment each of us has faced at some point, where the mirror we look into, refuses to lie.
Where the masks we’ve worn, the over-giving we’ve normalized, and the countless ways we’ve contorted ourselves, to be loved, can no longer stay hidden.
It is in these liminal moments that something deeper rises - not to shame us, but to liberate.
Over the past year I’ve had a master course in the Divine Feminine. I’ve met both my shadow and I’ve been shown the distortion.
And in the past few weeks of Scorpio Season, I’ve felt this intensity increase and work like a surgeon in my life, cutting away illusions with uncanny precision.
The Grand Water Trine forming in the sky this week has been a quiet revelation: a reminder that the feminine is not something we perform…she’s something we return to.
The distorted feminine isn’t a flaw.
Its a wound-compensation pattern.
And underneath the wound, something unbroken awaits.
This is the story of how I found her again - and how you can too.
What the Distorted Feminine Really Is
Most conversations about “feminine healing” flatten everything into one generalized concept.
But the truth is far more nuanced.
And in my humble opinion, it is understanding that nuance that unlocks real transformation.
The distorted feminine is not the feminine herself - it’s the feminine in defense mode, the version of us that learned survival strategies when tenderness and innocence wasn’t safe.
But to understand her, we must first name the layer beneath her.
The Wounded Feminine vs. The Distorted Feminine
Before we can heal the feminine, we have to understand the two layers within her: the wound and the adaptation.
The wounded feminine carries the original pain, while the distorted feminine is the survival pattern built on top of it.
One holds the truth; the other holds the mask.
Naming the difference is what frees us from self-blame and opens the doorway to real transformation.
It allows us the clarity to see the mirror with compassion rather than cruelty.
The Wounded Feminine
The wounded feminine is the part of you that was never properly attuned to.
She is the little girl inside you who:
learned that love was conditional
felt she had to work for, or earn, connection
was shamed for needing or wanting
felt unseen, unheard, or “too much”
was raised by mothers who were wounded themselves
inherited ancestral trauma and emotional neglect patterns
She holds:
grief
longing
tenderness
unmet needs
the internal longing or ache for what should have been
She is innocent, always.
She is not manipulative.
She is not strategic.
She simply is hurting.
What she wants is basic:
safety
connection
nurturing
permission to exist in raw authenticity without performance
When she is met with true honesty and compassion, she heals.
The Distorted Feminine
The distorted feminine also forms in the spaces where we were never fully seen. The origin is the same.
But, she emerges when the wounded feminine builds armor, or protection, to stay safe and function.
She is the wounded feminine turned strategist.
She is the feminine in survival mode - performing, protecting, compensating.
She uses:
over-giving to avoid abandonment
caretaking as a way to feel valued
sexual energy or allure to gain validation
charisma instead of authentic connection and intimacy
spiritual glamour in place of true embodiment
emotional manipulation (not always conscious)
control or clinging to feel safe
energetic siphoning when ungrounded or deeply disconnected
hyper-receptivity as entitlement vs. true openness to receive
She is not “evil” or “toxic”.
She is spiritually bypassing. Or, in other words, she is doing whatever it takes not to feel her original wound.
She is a mask.
A shield.
A survival form of self.
And she looks on the surface, like the feminine.
But it is a masquerade.
And, while this aspect of yourself once protected you, she cannot lead you into true sovereignty, love, or embodiment.
How to Tell Them Apart
A clear distinction:
The wounded feminine is in pain.
The distorted feminine performs.
The wounded feminine collapses or withdraws.
The distorted feminine grasps, seduces, or controls.
The wounded feminine’s basic desire is love.
The distorted feminine wants “safety” disguised as power.
Once you understand this, everything begins to soften and shift.
You stop shaming yourself.
You stop repeating patterns.
You stop mistaking nervous system excitement for true emotional intimacy.
And you start reclaiming your true feminine essence.
The Five Expressions of the Distorted Feminine
Here’s how she commonly shows up - in you, in me, and in the world around us.
1. Overgiving and Energy Leakage
Giving so much emotional or energetic effort that we drain ourselves.
Stepping into the unasked position of the container, the healer, and/or the “strong one” hoping that it earns love.
But sovereignty never grows where boundaries collapse.
2. Performing Through Overwork
This is the part of us that believes we must hustle and work harder to be worthy.
It is a form of hyper-independence that typically forms as a trauma response.
We learn to numb and ignore our own needs through productivity.
We self-subjugate to serve others and “prove” ourselves to “earn” love and approval.
Ultimately, this is the feminine disconnected from self; from pleasure and intuition.
3. The Glamour Wound
Using fabricated charisma, allure, psychic magnetism, or mystique as a substitute for true, authentic connection.
It mimics power on the surface - but it doesn’t create true intimacy.
This is the shadow twin of the Embodied Feminine’s natural radiance. And it can never be truly mimicked in any real, sustainable way.
4. Dependency and Control Patterns
When the inner child is terrified of abandonment, the feminine learns to hold on in whatever ways she can.
Dependency forms when safety is externalized - when someone else becomes the source of worth, stability, or identity.
When your worth is tethered to another person’s response, your power flows out of you.
Control is the nervous system’s attempt to prevent pain before it happens.
It arises when the nervous system cannot tolerate uncertainty, so the feminine grasps, performs, or subtly “manages” the connection to avoid feeling unchosen.
These patterns are not always manipulative at their root; they are protective.
They come from a place where vulnerability once met rejection, where needs were unmet or shamed, where consistency was unpredictable.
The distorted feminine tries to secure connection through strategies instead of presence - clinging, performing, caretaking or assuming other roles to anchor someone close. But these dynamics only deepen the underlying ache.
Healing begins when we return that power to ourself: tending the fears beneath the grasping, offering yourself the emotional security you once outsourced, and learning to stay grounded and regulated even when the outcomes are unknown.
From here, connection becomes a choice, not a survival strategy - and love becomes something that expands you rather than consumes you.
Healing is learning to be with yourself in the moments you once demanded someone else fill.
The feminine becomes embodied when she can stay with herself even when she fears being left.
5. Disconnection from Source
This is the root of all distortion.
When we disconnect from:
intuition
body
Spirit
emotional grounding
…we lose the ability to self-source our feminine radiance and power.
We siphon energy.
We attach to other'people’s power.
We confuse drama and excitement for desire, and chaos for chemistry. Ultimately, we seek fulfillment in others, only to find ourselves more empty in return.
True power comes from alignment, not extraction.
My Initiation Into This Season of Feminine Truth
While I have been healing feminine for a few years now, this past year has shown me mirrors both in myself and others that I simply could no longer avoid.
I saw with painstaking clarity the places where I was subconsciously leaking energy, stuck in well intentioned but dysfunctional fix and save patterns, and trying to prove myself and seek external validation.
I saw how ancestral patterns of emotional neglect have shaped my nervous system and primed my feminine expression.
I saw how someone else’s wounded distortion mirrored the parts of me that were still healing - not to shame me, but to awaken me.
And the moment the illusion cracked, something inside of me softened.
I recognized where I was performing.
I saw where I was chasing and still trying to subconsciously control outcomes.
I stopped contorting myself and giving away my power.
And I started intentionally choosing truth and authenticity.
And it was within these cracks, that I found my deeper essence again.
I began to see my own radiance, intuition, and creativity.
What the Embodied Feminine Actually Feels Like
She is not an aesthetic.
She is not perfect.
She is not a guru.
She is presence.
She is:
soft but not fragile
receptive but not collapsed
intuitive without needing evidence
magnetic simply because she is aligned
rooted in her body
connected deeply to Source
sovereign in her choices
emotionally attuned without self-abandonment
She doesn’t earn love.
She embodies love.
She doesn’t force outcomes.
She is able to feel deeply without losing her own center.
She co-creates with life rather than forcing outcomes.
She does not abandon herself ever again.
How to Heal the Distorted Feminine
This is where shadow becomes alchemy.
1. Return to Your Body
Re-root into your body, because the feminine cannot heal from the mind - she heals through sensation, slowness, and presence.
This is where your nervous system unravels its old patterns, where breath becomes medicine, and where root and sacral work anchor you back into yourself.
When your body feels safe, your heart opens, your intuition strengthens, and true transformation finally becomes possible.
2. Source Your Worth Internally
The feminine collapses when her worth depends on someone else’s attention.
She rises when she sources her value from the well of her own being.
Come home to your inner altar - the part of you that remembers you are already whole. And already enough.
Rebuilding self-worth begins with self-attunement: listening to your body, meeting your own needs, and offering yourself the emotional presence you once sought externally.
When you become the one who sees, holds, and validates your own heart, you stop chasing what was never meant to define you.
And from that place of wholeness, nourishment, and love, nothing external can diminish you.
3. Close Energy Leaks
Your energy is sacred - but the distorted feminine spills it everywhere she was never meant to go.
Energy leaks form when we over-give, over-explain, over-function, are so porous we energetically merge without realizing it, slip into old patterns like “fix and save”, or emotionally anchor ourselves to people who have not earned access to us.
This is not compassion - it is abandonment of the self.
Begin calling your energy back into your body, moment by moment.
Ask: “Is this mine to hold?” and let your system respond.
When you stop bleeding your life force into space that cannot nourish you, your field strengthens, your intuition sharpens, and your natural feminine magnetism returns.
4. Rebuild Trust With Your Intuition
Your intuition is not a whisper - it is a remembering.
But when the feminine is wounded, she doubts her inner knowing, overriding her body in favor of external guidance, approval, or logic.
The path back is not grand or dramatic; it is a series of small, sacred yeses.
Let your intuition rebuild itself through micro-trust: following the soft pull, honoring the subtle no, moving towards what opens you and what naturally lights you up.
As you respond to your inner voice with devotion, your channel clears, your confidence returns, and the noise that once confused you falls away.
5. Accept the Mirror Without Collapsing
Every relationship, conflict, or trigger we hold reveals something valuable - a part of you that is ready to be healed. Not what is wrong with you.
The distorted feminine collapses under the weight of the mirror, sits in avoidance or denial, or falls into patterns of projection and blame.
The embodied feminine meets it with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
Allow what is reflected to be information, not condemnation.
Let is soften instead of shatter you.
When you can see your shadows without abandoning your heart, the mirror becomes medicine, and every experience becomes an invitation back to your deeper truth.
6. Reclaim Your Sacred Power
Your power is not force - it is remembrance.
The distorted feminine grasps for control because she feels powerless inside, but the embodied feminine reclaims her power by returning to her truth.
This reclamation doesn’t come from using, performing, or proving - it comes from choosing yourself again and again in the quiet places where no one else is watching.
Let your voice rise.
Let your creativity flow.
Let your boundaries speak for you.
Move, write, pray, breathe, and allow your inner fire to return to your body.
When you stop outsourcing your own strength and begin to embody it yourself, you become the source of your own magnetism.
Your presence becomes a portal.
And your life begins to rearrange itself around the woman you have finally remembered yourself to be.
We Are Entering A New Feminine Timeline
Scorpio Season has been relentless this year, but necessary.
And the Grand Water Trine above us - Sun, Saturn, and Jupiter - have been a blessing disguised as clarity.
It is dissolving distortion.
Softening our hearts.
Strengthening boundaries.
Activating deeper intuition.
Returning us to Source.
Your feminine essence is not something you ever have to chase or earn.
She is what remains when all the layers you have built to protect yourself begin to fall away and you give her the deep nourishment, love, and true safety she is craving.
As I write this, I can feel the old skin dissolving - the places where I contorted myself to be loved and accepted, the parts of me that hustled, performed, and carried emotional weight that was never mine to burden alone.
The many times I tried to micromanage and “do all the things” to achieve a goal or outcome I so desired.
But these patterns no longer hold power here.
I have done my healing, faced myself squarely, and tended to my inner child.
And now, a new feminine timeline is opening, one rooted in softness, clarity, and sovereignty.
And perhaps that is the quiet miracle of this season: realizing that the Embodied Feminine was never something we had to strive for, create, or earn.
She was what remained after we surrendered the distortion and parts of ourselves that still begged for us to see them and heal.
She was the voice beneath the noise, the wisdom beneath the wound, the woman beneath the armor.
And now, she rises - not as performance, but as our most sacred truth.
Let me know what part of this piece resonated most with you.
Much love along your journey,
Seraph
The Tower & The Child: The Alchemy of Letting Go
Even in the ruins, love takes root again.
When I pulled The Tower this morning, I smiled the way you do when sometimes the cards call your soul’s bluff.
Scorpio season always brings lessons in destruction and renewal—but this year, the themes are sharper.
I’m walking through my Chiron return, a season of reckoning and rebirth, with my progressed Moon in Scorpio illuminating what must be released.
So it feels fitting to write about one of my own Tower moments—the kind that unravels everything you think you know about love, faith, and control.
As someone born with a natal complex with Pluto, I’ve known my fair share of collapse and resurrection.
But one particular initiation—the one that first cracked my heart wide open—began the day I became a foster parent.
The Call to Nurture
Over a decade ago, I answered the quiet call to foster.
But, like many things in life, you don’t realize what that commitment means until you are in the middle of it—until your heart becomes both sanctuary and battlefield.
Sometimes, fostering is simple sacred service: a temporary place of healing until a child can safely return home.
But there are also cases where your intuition whispers that returning home may not bring safety or stability.
Those are the ones that keep you awake at night—the ones that test your trust in the Divine’s plan.
My very first placement was such a case.
A bright, beautiful child whose spirit seemed to shine despite all he’d endured.
For six months, I was his entire world—and he, mine.
I took time off work to care for him full-time, channeling every ounce of love and intention into creating safety, rhythm, and warmth.
At the time, I was just beginning to practice manifestation and energy work.
Each month, I visualized his future: a home filled with laughter, security, and belonging.
I set intentions, cleared trauma, and believed I was co-creating the outcome with Spirit.
And miracles did happen.
His health improved, his joy returned, his energy radiated wholeness again.
Then came the call.
A family member—previously deemed unfit—was granted custody.
My knees buckled. The anger, grief, and disbelief came in waves.
And after the storm, only silence remained.
It was in that silence that I finally began to hear what the Divine had been whispering all along.
The Fall
That silence became my teacher.
It showed me that I had not been surrendering—I had been bargaining.
I had wrapped control in the language of faith, gripping the outcome because I was terrified of losing what I had grown to so deeply love.
It was a revelation that cut straight to my core wound:
that deep, ancient belief that safety depends on control.
That love will abandon me unless I manage every variable.
That the unknown cannot be trusted.
But true surrender is not passive.
It is an act of sacred courage—a willingness to release your timeline and trust that the Divine intelligence within all things knows more than you do.
When I finally unclenched my heart and let go, I felt something remarkable: the quiet hum of peace beneath all of the layers of pain.
It was as if the Universe exhaled through me, whispering, “Now, let Me.”
The Tower fell, but in its rubble, I found truth.
That love does not need control to be real.
That faith begins precisely where certainty ends.
That the soul’s evolution often hides inside the heartbreaks we resist most.
The Alchemy of Allowing
This is the Scorpionic art—the sacred death that precedes rebirth.
To allow is not to give up; it is to stop interfering with the Divine choreography.
When we surrender, the ego mourns what it cannot fix, but the soul begins to bloom in the dark.
That’s the paradox: our deepest transformation doesn’t come from holding on—it comes from allowing collapse to do its most sacred work.
The moment I stopped clinging to how I thought things should unfold, the energy shifted.
Grace entered.
I began to feel life moving through me rather than against me.
It was as if the Universe took my broken plans and wove them into a pattern too vast for me to initially see.
This was not loss.
It was initiation.
And through it, I was reborn into my Empress self—the mother who loves without possession, who is learning to create without demand, and who trusts the unseen cycles of death and rebirth. Breaking the generational cycles before me, and helping to heal ancestral patterning that has been carried in my lineage for far too long.
The Rebuild
From that soil of surrender, everything changed.
My intuition opened.
My spiritual gifts began to softly awaken.
My understanding of love transformed.
Looking back, I see that The Tower never came to destroy me—it came to free me.
It stripped away the illusion that I was ever in control, revealing the truth that I have always been held.
Sometimes grace wears the mask of devastation.
Sometimes love’s highest act is to let go.
And sometimes, the collapse you fear most is simply your soul rearranging itself into greater alignment.
Final Blessing
If you are standing in your own Tower moment, trembling at the edge of surrender, know this:
You are not being punished—you are being purified.
The fire is making space for what’s real.
Let it.
Because when you finally release the need to control the outcome,
you make room for miracles that were waiting for your yes all along.
Wishing you much love along your journey, now and always,
Seraph
Unraveling the Savior Shadow
A single hand gently holding a white feather against a lush garden. The feather represents surrender, truth, and lightness returning after release. The human hand grounds that energy - showing the integration of spirit and shadow, the courage to hold softness rather than control. Sometimes helping becomes holding. Sometimes love asks you to let go.
Lately, life has been pulling me through a quiet reckoning.
Every lesson seems to reach down into the roots of my oldest wiring—
the places formed in childhood, where silence meant safety
and love, had to somehow, be earned.
From those early imprints grow certain shadows—
the ones that whisper, If I can just help enough, give enough, fix enough,
I’ll finally be safe. I’ll finally be loved. …I’ll finally be enough.
It’s from that shadow that I’ve sometimes held on too tightly.
Not out of malice, but out of a tenderness that doesn’t know where to land.
Out of a need to try to keep everything from unraveling.
Out of a desire to genuinely love…to help…and to encourage.
Have you ever seen someone’s light so vividly that you long for them to see it too?
You pour in your energy, your hope, your heart—
until you realize the helping has become holding.
And somewhere along the way, the holding has slipped into enabling and control.
That realization burns.
It humbles.
It dismantles the illusion that love and rescue are the same thing.
Sometimes the deepest devotion isn’t in what we do for others,
but in what we refuse to keep doing.
It’s stepping back.
Letting the Divine—not our own will—have the final say.
Surrender is not the same as indifference.
It’s trust, stripped bare.
There’s a moment in every healer’s journey
when they must learn the difference between being of service and being in saviorhood.
One honors free will.
The other quietly violates it.
I used to see surrender as weakness.
My inner achiever called it quitting. Giving up. Lowering my standards. Abandoning.
But I’m learning that true surrender is the ultimate expression of power— and of love -
the kind that doesn’t grasp, doesn’t chase, doesn’t perform.
It breathes. It allows. It honors free will and the messiness of life - and it lets life do the rearranging. And, allows Spirit to take the lead.
When we unclench our grip on how we think things should unfold,
we make space for unseen forces to move.
Sometimes that means doors close.
Sometimes it means people fall away.
But it always means truth takes the throne again.
So ask yourself:
• Where are you holding on to something that’s asking to be released?
• What outcome have you been trying to “manage” out of fear it might fall apart or disappoint you?
• Whose healing have you mistaken for your responsibility?
• When in your life did you learn these patterns? How can you help your body to re-identify safety in relationship - in a way that honors surrender and liberation?
The shadow of fixing runs deep—it’s tender, ancient, and born from love that learned to overwork. To prove. To take take responsibility for burdens that were never theirs to carry.
But there’s liberation in naming it.
There’s power in loosening its hold.
And there’s peace in remembering that your love is no less pure when you finally let go.
We don’t always rise in the light.
Sometimes, we rise in the dark-
but only when we finally stop trying to save what was never ours to carry.
With much love always, for every step of your journey,
— Seraph 🖤
Healing Conditional Worth: My Grand Cross and the Myth of Constant Motion
In learning to hold the fire instead of feeding it, I found the stillness that had always been my power. The light was never outside me - it was waiting to be cupped, gently, in my own hands.
There was a time in my life when silence felt like death.
If I wasn’t producing, achieving, or holding everything together, an invisible dread crept in—an emptiness so dense it hummed behind my ribs.
I didn’t call it fear back then.
I called it discipline.
I called it strength.
I called it drive.
But underneath, I was terrified that if I stopped moving, I’d somehow vanish.
That my life would never achieve it’s full potential and purpose.
That’s what happens when worth is welded to motion—
when every pause feels like proof you’ve failed.
The Architecture of Pressure
I was born under a Grand Cardinal Cross—four engines firing in opposite directions.
Aries. Cancer. Libra. Capricorn.
Four voices whispering, go, do, fix, prove.
It’s cosmic ambition written into my bones.
But that geometry can turn sacred fire and leadership into self-exile.
Because that same force that builds worlds can burn its creator alive.
No one tells you that success has a heartbeat,
and sometimes it’s loud and driven enough, to drown out your own.
If you allow it.
The Hidden Transaction
But back then, I was not yet awakened. I was still operating my life on autopilot.
For decades I lived inside an unspoken contract I carried deep within: produce or disappear.
Love, safety, belonging—everything seemed to live on the other side of effort.
If I just achieved a little more, maybe I’d finally rest.
But rest never came.
Every victory dissolved into the next mountain to climb.
The applause was fleeting; and the ache I carried was always present.
That’s the poison of conditional worth:
it never lets you arrive.
The Moment the Engine Stalled
Burnout didn’t crash in—it eroded me.
It took years.
But, little by little, the drive that had once made me unstoppable became a kind of gravity well.
Until one day, I woke up and couldn’t fake ignition any longer.
The silence was brutal.
It stripped me of every identity that had ever earned me approval.
No titles, no output, no accolades—just me.
No more distractions that had allowed me to hide from myself all those years.
And I didn’t know how to meet her.
Stillness wasn’t peace yet; at that moment, it felt like exposure.
It was foreign, raw, and incredibly uncomfortable.
But exposure is sometimes the exact crossroad where transformation begins.
The Descent
At first, the deafening quiet felt like failure.
But then it became my mirror.
I saw the child who learned far too early that love was safer when she was useful and performing.
I saw the woman who mistook motion for meaning, worth, and identity.
I saw how praise became the drug, and productivity the needle.
I saw with sober realization all the years that I had been feeding my worth to the fire just to keep it burning and alive.
Only to ignore my own inner growth.
So I let it die.
Not instantly.
Certainly not without futile attempts to negotiate, bargain, and plead.
But in my own way and timing, through my own reckoning with truth and self.
And in the ashes, I found something I’d never recognized—
a pulse that didn’t depend on achievement.
The unearthing of a well that has grown into a source of my deepest joy, purpose, and fulfillment.
Reclaiming the Body
Healing came slowly, through my body first.
Learning to breathe without measuring the inhale. Without any witness, applause, or measurement mark.
I allowed myself to finally just be.
Letting a day pass without proof of progress.
Letting myself fully feel the twitch of guilt and choosing to stay anyway.
Worth became a practice of presence.
And presence became a daily benchmark of choosing to stay and not dissociate, even when it hurt and was uncomfortable.
The Grand Cross still hums in me—
but now its momentum moves through muscle, not anxiety.
It creates art, not panic.
It builds from an internal well of devotion, and not depletion.
And I intentionally choose when and how to engage and direct it.
Integration
My chart hasn’t changed, but my relationship to it has.
The Cross that once chained me to motion now fuels sacred creation.
I no longer chase worth—I remember it.
When I rest, nothing collapses.
When I’m silent, I’m still here.
When I move, it’s for joy, not survival.
This is what it means to alchemize a pattern:
to turn the same energy that once consumed and dominated you
into the fire that illuminates your path.
And supports and allows you to radiate in your alignment.
“My stillness is not the absence of power.
It is the moment I return to myself.”
Reflection Practice
If you’re walking this same path, these reflections may help you listen more deeply to your own rhythm.
1. Where does motion become a shield in my life?
2. What am I afraid will surface if I stop performing?
3. What part of me still confuses exhaustion with devotion?
4. How can I let fire become warmth instead of proof?
May the ones who have carried far too heavy burdens on their backs finally set them down.
May the builders remember they were always born whole.
And may every Grand Cross heart learn that its worth was never forged in the doing—
it was carved in the stillness before the first spark.
May your journey to fullness, sovereignty, and deep, authentic joy always lead you home.
With much love, always,
Seraph
The Hidden War of Perception: Glamour, Control Tactics, and the Alchemy of Awareness
Electric lines merging into golden light, symbolizing harmony between energy and technology.
A Sovereign Path Series Epilogue- Truth Beyond the Veil: Electronic & Energetic Manipulation
If someone had told me a year ago that energy could be used to distort communication or even interfere with how information is received online, I would have smiled politely and changed the subject. The idea seemed too far-fetched—more myth than possibility. I believed in energy healing, intuition, synchronicity—but the notion that anyone could consciously manipulate those same energetic currents to control outcomes? Or somehow apply those skills to electronic communication portals? That felt outside my reality.
Yet reality has a way of stretching you when you walk a spiritual path.
Recently, I found myself in the middle of what can only be described as a form of spiritual warfare—an initiation I never asked for, yet one that reshaped everything I thought I knew about energy, perception, relationship dynamics, and power. It began with subtle ripples: messages that failed to send at crucial moments, online posts that seemed to stall or vanish, psychic readings and tarot pulls that felt strangely “off,” as if the current of truth itself had been rerouted. At first I blamed algorithms, timing, coincidence. But patterns kept repeating, and my intuition kept whispering: this isn’t random.
Through a winding path to clarity, I began to understand that I was witnessing the deliberate use of energetic manipulation—a combination of black magick (the willful bending of energy to override another’s will) and glamour magick (the veiling of perception through illusion). The intent wasn’t curiosity or experimentation; it was control—the need to dominate outcomes, to attempt to hold power over truth itself.
Realizing this was disorienting at first. But beneath the shock, something steadier rose: conviction.
Because when you are sovereign—in mind, body, and spirit—the concept of coercing another person’s energy is not only foreign; it is deeply repellent and unsettling. It violates the natural law of freedom and the sacred right of choice that every soul carries. My work, my heart, and this space I am trying to build, are rooted in the opposite current: liberation, empowerment, and truth.
So I choose to write about it—not to sensationalize, or in any way induce fear or doubt, but to illuminate. To shine a light on a topic that isn’t often discussed but needs to be, as it is all around us.
Because awareness breaks spells. And truth dissolves illusion. And once you see how these patterns of control operate, you can no longer be unconsciously bound by them.
This post is both a reflection and a declaration: that sovereignty is non-negotiable, and that light, once awakened, can never be dimmed.
What I didn’t realize at first is that none of this is new. Humanity has always wrestled with the unseen—different languages for the same truth. Every culture has its stories of energy used for healing and for harm, of perception bent through intention, of power seeking to shape reality. The names change—glamour, binding, evil eye, psychic attack, manipulation—but the pattern remains. When energy is used to control rather than connect, the current turns shadowed. And that shadow is what we must learn to recognize and transform.
The Larger Landscape
Across cultures and centuries, mystics have described unseen forces that shape perception:
• Glamour in Celtic lore—fae enchantments that made a thing appear fairer or invisible.
• Bindings and curses in magick—acts meant to silence or restrict.
• The Evil Eye in Mediterranean tradition—the gaze that drains vitality.
• Mass persuasion in psychology and media—the manipulation of collective attention.
Different language, same principle: energy, emotion, and intention can influence how reality is perceived.
When wielded responsibly, these currents can heal or inspire. When twisted toward control, they become the shadow we call black magick.
Understanding Black Magick
In esoteric study, black magick isn’t about darkness or aesthetic—it’s about coercion.
It is any energetic or ritual attempt to intentionally override another’s free will.
Rather than aligning with cosmic flow, it tries to bend it. And in doing so, it inverts and distorts spiritual law.
Common patterns include:
• Projecting emotion and will to confuse or silence.
• Binding a person’s symbols—name, image, website—to block communication.
• Seeding fear or self-doubt so the person restrains themselves.
In every case it operates through fear or illusion. So, for example, distorting energy through your worry that a warning post you are making won’t be seen or received instead of grounding and sending it out calmly - knowing that it will be received in perfect timing, just as you intended.
Even among practitioners, this path is known to backfire. Manipulating another’s sovereignty traps the manipulator in the same web of distortion they cast.
Energy, Emotion, and the Digital Mirror
Many sensitives notice that energy and technology interact strangely.
From a grounded view, our emotional and electromagnetic states influence how we engage with technology, not its circuits.
When we’re anxious or charged, timing glitches, uploads stall, and focus slips; when we’re calm, everything flows.
Energetically, we say the current is clear; psychologically, we call it coherence.
Either way, our internal state becomes the interface between vibration and machine. It is through this energetic space that manipulation and distortion can be willfully injected.
How Glamour Magick Operates
Glamour is the art of perception management.
Rather than attacking, it re-colors attention. In other words, it alters, or manipulates how you view something.
It can manifest as:
• Others overlooking what’s right in front of them.
• A fog of indifference around something normally magnetic.
• Emotional confusion that blunts discernment.
Glamour doesn’t rewrite truth; it veils it—like mist over a mirror.
Its fuel is consent through doubt. The moment we reclaim certainty - the moment we speak the truth, the illusion collapses.
Recognizing Energetic Interference
These patterns don’t prove external manipulation, but they signal when awareness is needed:
1. Repeated glitches or blocks when expressing truth (ie. you try to send a text or publish a post with multiple errors out of the blue and no internet instability).
2. Sudden exhaustion or throat tightness before communication.
3. People misinterpreting clear words.
4. Feeling unseen or energetically muffled online or in person.
Recognize and use these as a reminder to ground, clear, and reaffirm your intentions before posting and communicating.
De-Glamouring: Returning to Clarity
Remember that TRUTH breaks the illusion - always.
1. Name the distortion. “This is fog, not fact.”
2. Ground into the body. Breath, spine, feet, earth—embodied, grounded presence breaks enchantment.
3. Reassert sovereignty. “Only truth moves through my words.”
4. Clear emotion. Cry, move, write—release static before you speak again.
5. Repost or restate. Action from coherence re-aligns energy.
6. Seek witness. Shared truth multiplies light; transparency helps to dispel illusion.
Truth is frequency. When you broadcast from grounded, embodied truth and coherence, distortion cannot sustain itself.
Remind yourself that low vibration cannot touch high vibrational energy. Do not allow yourself to slip into low vibrations of fear, worry, anger, or frustration.
Connect to ether. Spirit expands, balances, and clears. When we slip into lower vibrational energy or try to control, we constrict and destabilize.
The Lesson
Scorpio teaches mastery through exposure: nothing healed stays hidden.
By facing manipulation head on - rather than fearing it, you transmute it.
Control loses power when it is met with consciousness.
Truth is not fragile—it is alchemical fire. And it can literally dissolve illusion instantaneously.
There are many ways electronics, communication, and energetic fields can be influenced. Two of the most common—and least discussed—are black magick and glamour magick. Until recently, I was unaware that these tactics existed within the spiritual or digital space. But I can tell you first-hand that they do—and that in the hands of a skilled energetic practitioner, they can be unsettlingly effective. But, only temporarily - because while black magick may be effective short term, it can never sustain itself longterm. And that is exactly why it should never be feared.
Why would someone do this? The motive is almost always control. And you don’t seek to control another person unless fear is sitting at the root. Fear of loss. Fear of exposure. Fear born of envy or greed. In this case, perhaps all of the above.
For those who walk a sovereign path—aligned in mind, body, and spirit—the idea of coercing another’s will without consent is deeply disturbing. It violates the very current of liberation, justice, and empowerment that defines spiritual integrity. I cheer for the freedom and ascension of others, and in my small corner of the world I’m choosing to shine light on this subject—to speak truth where illusion thrives in silence.
Because once awareness enters the room, the spell is already breaking. Seeing through distortion strips it of power, and every trial becomes a teacher. Each encounter reveals wisdom about energy, discernment, and the unshakable nature of truth.
So the next time something feels “off”—that post that took far too long to upload, the warning message that arrived strangely late, the potent social post that seemed invisible, the reading that felt misaligned—pause and consider whether energetic interference might be at play. Then bring it into the light.
Distortion and illusion cannot survive exposure to truth. And, as the old saying reminds us, the truth really does set you free.
Wishing you clarity that dissolves distortion—and truth that shatters illusion and binding,
Seraph

The Alchemy of Closing Karmic Loops
A silhouetted woman steps across a glowing threshold into radiant light, symbolizing karmic closure, forgiveness, and the empowerment of stepping into sovereignty.
Epilogue to the Sovereign Path Series
While I once questioned whether I believed in karma, I now know that I do. This past year brought a startling lesson- soul-defining, resonant, and deeply clarifying. I don’t see karma as punishment, but as a mirror of our choices and free will, paired with the essential lessons our soul still longs to master. These lessons often rise like old, familiar patterns resurfacing, asking us to respond differently this time- to see with new eyes and choose with greater truth. It sounds straightforward, but in practice can be profoundly painful.
And on this path, there comes a point when the illusion cracks. The mask falls. The strings that once pulled you become visible. And in that raw moment, you realize you’ve been locked in a cycle—not because you weren’t strong enough, but because you hadn’t yet seen clearly enough. Sometimes the karmic echo is loud, other times it slips in through dreams or subtle triggers. You may not know whether it’s the first encounter or the twentieth, but something in you recognizes the resonance: I’ve danced with this energy before. The question is- will it play out again, or will you finally close this loop?
Karmic loops are not punishments. They are classrooms. They replay lessons until you embody the truth—until you let go of ego and illusion and stand with total honesty, surrender, and humility. They circle back until you stop trying to control the outcome, rationalize the illusion, or avoid the truth- and until you finally choose yourself, and most importantly, until you finally choose the truth.
The Hidden Hooks of Karma
Karmic entanglements thrive on hooks—attachments, fears, obligations, old wounds that keep us chained to people, patterns, or power struggles. They whisper that you have to fight, prove, or win. But every time you grasp tighter, you lose a little more of yourself.
The real enemy isn’t the person or the circumstance. It’s the bondage itself.
Detachment as Sacred Rebellion
Detachment doesn’t mean numbness or cold withdrawal. It means choosing to carry your own essence lightly. It’s the quiet power of walking out of the cage without defending, explaining, or dragging anyone with you. It’s refusing to let the same loop drain your energy one more time.
Detachment is how you shift from pawn to sovereign. It is the soul saying: I don’t need to win this fight—I already won by leaving it behind.
Forgiveness as Liberation
Forgiveness is not for them. It is for you.
It is the sword that severs the cord. It’s not about excusing harm or pretending betrayal didn’t happen. It’s about saying: I refuse to keep bleeding from this wound.
When you forgive at the soul level, you release the karmic charge. The loop collapses. The energy you were leaking returns to your body, your creativity, your future.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean reconciliation. It means sovereignty. It means freedom.
And yes - this step is painfully hard. But it is also utterly necessary. Because when you finally release the emotional entanglement, what rises in its place is nothing short of alchemy. The freedom you feel is purifying, empowering, and absolute.
The Threshold Moment
There always comes a threshold moment. You know it when it arrives because the weight of the old story no longer fits inside your body. You’ve fought, endured, explained, and tried every angle—and still the loop brings no peace. The ending carves itself into your bones until denial and avoidance are no longer possible.
This is the moment where the past can no longer be resurrected. The door is sealed. You cannot go back. And if you’re honest with yourself, you don’t actually want to. Because what waits behind you is only repetition—another round of exhaustion, another cycle of proving, another version of the same pain dressed in different clothing.
The wisdom is not behind you. It is in the crossing.
It is in choosing to step forward with scars that testify to your endurance, eyes clear enough to see illusion for what it was, and a heart that no longer consents to chains.
Threshold moments demand surrender. They demand honesty with yourself so complete that ego no longer has space to hide. They require humility—the courage to admit when something is truly done. And they invite you into sovereignty: the radical act of closing the book and walking into the unknown, trusting that life on the other side will honor your choice to be free.
Karmic Loops as Soul Work
Here’s the profound paradox: the very loops we resist most fiercely are often the ones our soul came here to master.
These repeating patterns—whether in love, family, friendship, work, teacher dynamics, or even in our own inner battles—aren’t accidents. They are invitations. They are the curriculum of your life.
The deeper the hook, the greater the lesson. The heavier the repetition, the more profound the breakthrough waiting on the other side. These loops aren’t here to punish you—they are here to grow you. They are here to free you. They are the forge where your character, compassion, and sovereignty are tested and strengthened- and you emerge empowered in ways you hadn’t imagined or hoped for.
The Brutal Grace of Forgiveness
Let’s be honest: forgiveness is not easy. Especially when you’ve been betrayed, abandoned, taken advantage of, or deeply wounded. It feels unjust to release what has scarred you. Your ego wants repayment. Your body remembers the pain. Your soul sees the grave injustice.
And yet—without forgiveness, the loop continues. You stay bound to the very thing that harmed you. The wound festers, the story repeats, and new cycles form on top of the old ones.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean you condone the harm. It doesn’t mean you let the person back in. It doesn’t mean you minimize what you went through. Forgiveness is the final act of sovereignty: I choose not to be entangled with this anymore. I choose to free myself.
It is both the hardest work and the most vital. Forgiveness collapses karma. Forgiveness ends the contract. Forgiveness returns your soul to itself. And it truly breaks the cycle- you fully release the karmic loop and pattern on your end.
The Alchemy of Karmic Closure
• Clarity → See the illusion for what it is. You address the avoidance, the over-rationalizing, and the denial.
• Detachment → Stop feeding the loop with your energy.
• Forgiveness → Cut the cord at its root and release the emotional entanglement, or you will carry this forward into your future.
• Forward Motion → Claim your freedom and move into creation, sovereignty, and empowerment.
This is not theory. This is soul work. And it is the very work your ancestors whisper for you to embody, because every loop you close in your life sends ripples back through the lineage.
Reflections for Your Threshold
• What am I still trying to resurrect that is already finished?
• Where am I pretending I still can’t see the truth?
• What new life might be waiting for me if I finally step across the threshold?
• What lesson is begging me to listen and be mastered?
A Simple Detachment + Forgiveness Ritual
1. Write down the loop you are ready to close—name the person, pattern, or story.
2. Speak this aloud: “I release you. I forgive you. I forgive myself. This loop is now fully complete.”
3. Burn or tear the paper, visualizing the energy cords dissolving into light.
4. Place your hands on your heart and affirm: “I walk forward free, sovereign, and whole. This lesson I take with me in full and I release every attachment to the rest.”
The Crown of Sovereignty
Every karmic loop asks the same essential question: Will you keep circling, or will you rise?
Closing a loop is not weakness—it is wisdom. It is the moment you finally see that the fight was never about winning; it was about awakening. It was about finding the courage to detach, the humility to surrender, and the strength to forgive so fully that the hook dissolves into dust.
This is the crown of sovereignty: to walk forward unchained, no longer defined by what broke you, but empowered by what freed you.
Your ancestors are watching. They know the weight of what you carry. And they are whispering now: “You are the one. End it here. Close the loop. The future will be different because you had the courage to choose truth.”
Karma is not here to punish you. It is here to wake you. The loops that once felt endless and unbearably heavy are not meant to define you, but to refine you. They repeat until you see clearly- until you stand in humility and surrender, until you choose truth over illusion, avoidance, or denial. Until you choose sovereignty over bondage. Until you choose yourself over inaction, over the false safety of uncertainty, over the facade of comfort.
Closing the loop is the most courageous act you can take. It asks for your honesty, your detachment, your humility, and your forgiveness—even when it feels impossibly hard. But this is how cycles end. This is how the future shifts. This is how you step into the life that has been waiting for you all along.
✨ The question now is simple, and it is yours alone to answer: Will you circle again, or will you rise?
Walk through the threshold. Claim your freedom. Step into the empowered life ahead that has been waiting for you- not just in this lifetime, but beyond countless lifetimes before.
The Archetype of the Fool: The Sacred Leap Into Your Soul’s Evolution
The Fool tarot card: a bright figure stands at the edge of a cliff, gazing upward with trust and wonder. A small pack hangs over his shoulder, a white rose of innocence in his hand, and a loyal dog leaps at his feet. The sun blazes above, symbolizing joy and limitless potential. He is poised mid-step, ready to leap into the unknown.
The Fool is card 0—a circle, both empty and infinite. He is the place where endings collapse into beginnings, where innocence and mastery meet.
In early tarot decks, there were actually two Fools—one at the beginning and one at the end of the Major Arcana. From them came the Jokers in modern playing cards—wild cards that exist outside the rules. The Fool reminds us that your soul’s path is not about playing by the rules—it’s about learning to trust the flow of Spirit.
Lessons of the Fool:
• Trust the unknown. The path is revealed one step at a time.
• Travel light. Freedom arrives when we let go of baggage and control.
• Begin again. Every ending is an invitation to rebirth.
• Sacred risk. Growth and transformation live at the edge, not in the comfort zone.
• Feminine flow. The Fool doesn’t force or strategize—he aligns, responds, and allows life to carry him.
Shadows: Where the Fool Can Trip Us Up
• Recklessness - mistaking chaos for freedom.
• Escaping responsibility under the guise of “freedom”. Avoidance through the costume of adventure.
• Becoming jaded; losing innocence to cynicism after wounds.
• Insecurity; being mocked, misunderstood, or dismissed by a world that fears surrender.
The Fool’s challenge is to stay aligned—moving in trust with Spirit, not in avoidance. Holding on to wonder without losing discernment. Staying open-hearted, even after we’ve been hurt.
The Fool’s Gifts
• Creative genius: Infinite possibility springs from nothingness. Alignment with your life path and trusting the flow of opportunity often sparks genius and magical synchronicities.
• Magnetism: Authentic joy naturally attracts people and opportunities.
• Resilience: Every stumble becomes sacred wisdom.
• Beginner’s mind: The courage to reinvent yourself again and again.
• Detachment: When we release attachment to outcomes, we live in Spirit’s flow—and miracles enter with ease.
Perhaps the greatest gift: The Fool never forgets that life is meant to be lived, not controlled.
The Fool Across Wisdom Systems
The Fool shows up across countless wisdom traditions, each revealing a different facet of his medicine. Here are just a few examples of how this archetype appears.
• Gene Keys: The Fool mirrors the transformation from shadow into gift. For instance, the “shadow” of the Gene Key of Purposelessness often feels like wandering without direction—yet this is the very soil in which the gift of Totality (living fully engaged and present in life) is born. Think of someone leaving a career that no longer fits, feeling “lost” - only to discover that in letting go, a deeper calling emerges. In other keys, innocence matures into universal love, echoing the Fool’s unguarded, trusting heart.
• Human Design: The Fool embodies the Generator’s sacred response—waiting to engage with what life offers and invites rather than forcing outcomes. As this is often when the magic unfolds. Picture this: a casual “yes” to an unexpected conversation leads to a profound relationship or opportunity. This is the Fool’s magic—life opening when we are aligned with Spirit’s invitations.
• Astrology: The Fool channels Uranus’s liberation and sudden disruption, Neptune’s dreamy innocence, and Sagittarius/9th House’s quest for truth. Think of a Uranus transit that upends your life—painful in the moment, yet later revealing itself as the crack through which your soul light poured forth and you began to live more authentically. Whenever these archetypes light up in your chart, you are being invited to leap into your next evolution.
The Fool is the archetype that bridge all systems: he is the risk of not knowing, and the reward of discovering. In every system, the Fool teaches the same thing: alignment with Spirit’s flow is not passive—it is the most courageous act of surrender. And often, when the most beautiful magic begins to unfold.
How the Fool Unlocks Growth
• Creativity awakens when perfectionism dissolves.
The Fool doesn’t wait for perfect conditions—he creates as he goes. Start messy, respond to the moment, and you’ll find inspiration pouring through you. Creativity is the child of trust, not control.
• Fear transforms when failure becomes initiation.
The Fool knows there is no such thing as wasted experience. Every wrong turn, every fall, becomes compost for wisdom. When we shift from “I failed” to “I learned,” we alchemize fear into growth. Fear dissolves when failure becomes a sacred teacher instead of a punishment.
• Faith strengthens when you discover the net always appears.
The net isn’t visible until you leap. But think back—every time you dared to risk (love, relocation, new work, new path), wasn’t there always something that caught you? Spirit always meets us mid-air. The Fool shows us that life is not here to punish us, but to hold us as we risk becoming more.
• Joy heals because play is sacred medicine.
Play reopens the heart. It quiets the inner critic and invites the nervous system back into regulation. Joy is not frivolous—it is a spiritual practice, a feminine flow state that magnetizes abundance.
• Evolution accelerates when you release attachment.
This is perhaps the Fool’s deepest teaching. We cannot cling to outcomes and still walk in Spirit’s flow. Detachment does not mean apathy—it means trusting that what falls away was never meant to stay, and what is aligned will arrive in perfect timing. At some point we stop waiting to be ready, and just take the leap. And, in releasing control, we step into flow—and flow always carries us where we are meant to go.
Practices to Embody the Fool
Reflections:
• Where am I hesitating to leap without certainty?
• What identity or outcome am I clinging to that Spirit is asking me to release?
• How might my life expand if I chose trust and flow instead of control?
• How can I invite more presence into my day today?
Embodiment Practice
Dance barefoot outdoors—no choreography, no music, just the rhythm of your body. This is Fool energy: moving in presence, free from the mind’s judgment, carried only by Spirit. Embrace freedom, connection, and spontaneity in your body today in some form or way - be fully present in that moment and allow yourself to connect.
Simple Ritual Idea:
• Choose a talisman (stone, feather, flower).
• Place it on your altar as your Fool’s Charm.
• Each day, hold it and ask: Spirit, where are you inviting me to trust today?
• Affirm: “I release attachment. I leap into the flow of life, and life always catches me.”
The Fool is not foolish. He is the sacred wanderer who knows that the map is written only as we walk it. He is not here to make sense to the world. He is here to make sense of the soul. He walks between beginnings and endings, laughing at the illusion of control, showing us that alignment with Spirit is the only true safety.
To embody the Fool is to live unattached, yet deeply engaged and present. To let go of the script, yet meet each moment with your whole heart. This is where freedom lives - not in certainty, but in trust.
The Fool whispers: You cannot cling and fly and fly at the same time.
He is the bridge between masculine planning and feminine surrender, showing us that the flow of Spirit is not weakness, but the highest form of wisdom.
When you live in this flow, you discover the secret paradox:
You were never falling. You were always being carried.
Solar Eclipse in Virgo: The Alchemy of Truth, Healing, and Sovereignty
A dramatic solar eclipse hangs in a darkened sky, the glowing corona forming a radiant halo. Symbolizing the clarity, balance, and healing that occurs during the virgo eclipse.
“When the lights go out, truth is revealed in the shadows.”
This is the essence of eclipses, and this one will be no exception. By their very nature, eclipses alter light — the Sun or Moon is temporarily obscured, shifting the way we see from Earth. Symbolically, when light is blocked, consciousness is too. What rises instead are the contents of the subconscious: hidden truths, unresolved patterns, and fated turning points. Eclipses reshape storylines and timelines, ushering in endings and beginnings with an often-Uranian jolt. Secrets surface, surprises unfold, and the unexpected accelerates. And because eclipses only occur when the luminaries align with the lunar nodes, they are inherently karmic — stirring soul contracts, ancestral echoes, and the work we came here to do.
On September 21st, the Solar Eclipse in Virgo opens a threshold unlike any other — one that demands clarity, purification, and integrity. Eclipses are cosmic resets, portals of fate, and this one in Virgo carries a precision-cutting blade. It will illuminate what is broken, toxic, or distorted - not to punish us, but to strip away illusion so we can rise more sovereign in truth and authenticity.
But there’s tension. This eclipse opposes Saturn retrograde in Pisces — the archetype of karmic lessons, boundaries, and the weight of spiritual responsibility. Where have we surrendered to confusion, denial, or fantasy? Where have we avoided responsibility by drifting or numbing instead of stepping into embodiment? Saturn is calling us back into alignment. And he does not always call nicely. We can expect to have some somber element of maturity here - and if we embrace it, Saturn often rewards in wisdom and maturity later.
But, there is also a glimmer of grace in the mix, as the great Benefic of wisdom, teaching, and prosperity, Jupiter is in supportive alignment. Jupiter in Cancer sextiles this eclipse, reminding us that healing is not just about discipline, but also, nourishment. The path forward is not sterile perfection, but fertile compassion. Jupiter reminds us that expansion is possible if we also root ourselves in care.
Deeper Currents: Neptune, Mercury, Venus, and the Equinox
Adding to the potency, Neptune retrograde at 0° Aries — the creation point of the zodiac — also opposes this eclipse. Neptune here asks us to take a hard look in the mirror and dissolve the falsehoods, illusions, and limiting beliefs that keep us from stepping fully into our power. This is a moment to release spiritual bypassing and embrace clarity, even when it stings.
Meanwhile, Mercury in Libra and Venus in Virgo are in mutual reception, strengthening one another. Together they weave a call to balance: harmony with order, relationship with routine, and the head with the heart. They remind us that sovereignty is not about rigidity or isolation, but about holding sacred equilibrium in our lives.
The Fall Equinox arrives just hours later, echoing this message of balance. As light and dark find equality on Earth, we are asked to seek compromise, peace, and restoration in our own lives. The timing is exquisite — an eclipse reset, followed by an equinox rebirth.
Virgo’s Razor: Cutting Away Illusion
Virgo is the sign of purification, discernment, ritual, forgiveness, and embodied truth. This eclipse is not about lofty spiritual ideals that dissolve into nothingness — it’s about boots on the ground. And it asks us to get real with ourselves and examine our lives:
• Where in your daily life are you out of alignment with your soul?
• What details are you neglecting that are costing you vitality?
• Which commitments drain your sovereignty instead of strengthening it?
This eclipse is a sacred audit. Not to shame, but to free you.
Saturn Retrograde in Pisces: Karma, Boundaries, and the Cost of Avoidance
The opposition to Saturn retrograde in Pisces drags unconscious patterns to the surface. You may feel the weight of karma now — the ancestral and personal contracts that echo through your choices. Saturn reminds us that while life can feel overwhelming, we still hold sovereignty over what we choose each day: our habits, our health, our service, and the energy we give or withhold.
Saturn calls us to focus, simplify, and release the unnecessary weight we’ve been carrying — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
• If you’ve been avoiding self-love, Saturn will show you the cost.
• If you’ve been hiding in illusion, Saturn will crack the mirror.
• If you’ve been carrying others’ burdens, Saturn will reveal where boundaries must be drawn.
This is not punishment — it is initiation. Saturn teaches through resistance. What feels heavy now is what roots you into truth later, breaking down illusion so you can grow beyond your own limitations and step into sovereignty.
Jupiter in Cancer: Hope, Healing, and the Return of Nurture
Amidst the stripping down, Jupiter in Cancer offers nourishment. It says: You are not meant to heal through discipline and restraint alone. Healing comes through tenderness, family, belonging, and ancestral wisdom.
Jupiter sextiling the eclipse is like a hand reaching out in the dark — reminding you that growth is possible, and that compassion is the soil where true change takes root.
Ask yourself:
• What feeds my spirit?
• What rituals or practices restore me?
• What relationships remind me I am worthy of love and expansion?
Scorpionic Depth: Why This Eclipse Matters
Eclipses are fated turning points. In Virgo, the spotlight is on:
• Health and vitality (your body as temple).
• Sovereignty over your energy field.
• Discerning truth from distortion.
• Rituals that heal, not numb or allow for escape.
This eclipse is not about surface-level “self-care.” It’s about ruthless honesty and reclamation of power. In true Scorpionic fashion, it’s about cutting ties with what poisons you — be it toxic patterns, relationships, beliefs, or illusions — so that what remains is real, sovereign, and indestructible. Virgo is encouraging you to step into sacred growth.
Reflections for the Virgo Eclipse
• What old story of perfectionism or “not enough” am I ready to release with love?
• What spiritual practice or ritual helps me stay grounded when the details of life feel overwhelming?
• Where have I been carrying weight that isn’t mine, and how can I lovingly set it down?
• What illusion or falsehood am I ready to dissolve so I can see myself more clearly?
• How can I bring more harmony into my daily routines, balancing service with self-love?
• What does sovereignty mean to me right now — and where am I being called to reclaim it?
• If I were to choose clarity over comfort, what truth would I finally honor?
This Solar Eclipse in Virgo is not gentle — but it is sacred. It is the kind of medicine that stings before it heals. Saturn in Pisces reminds us that illusions cost us more than truth ever will. Neptune in Aries reminds us that clarity is freedom. Jupiter in Cancer reminds us that healing is always possible when rooted in love. And the Equinox reminds us that balance is both the path and the promise.
Your ancestors stand with you at this threshold. They want you to remember: to choose clarity over comfort, sovereignty over silence, and healing over illusion.
When the lights return after this eclipse, you will not be the same. You will be clearer, freer, and closer to the truth of who you are.
Astrology for Joy & Peace: How Your Chart Can Help You Thrive in a Chaotic World
Hands holding a compass, symbolizing astrology as a guiding light for finding joy and peace in a chaotic world.
We live in an age of speed. News cycles, inboxes, and to-do lists that seem to never end. Add children, work, hobbies, house and yard maintenance, and any type of extracurricular activities and obligations, and it just doesn’t seem like there are ever enough hours in the day.
Your astrology chart holds the keys that can point you towards inviting more joy, peace, and presence. It’s not about escaping chaos, but learning how to navigate it with wisdom and meaning. And, learning how to invite more balance into your life.
Your chart is like a personal guidebook: it shows you where to rest, where to play, and how to come home to yourself.
The Moon: Your Emotional Anchor
Your Moon describes what nourishes your nervous system. When life feels chaotic, tending your Moon is like taking a long exhale.
Examples:
• An Aries Moon might find peace in a quick jog, catching a comedy show, or dancing in the kitchen.
• A Taurus Moon may feel restored by baking bread, drinking tea, tending a garden, or taking a long bath.
• A Gemini Moon might calm their mind by journaling, joining a book club, or having a playful chat with a friend.
• A Pisces Moon may need to put on music, cry, and let the emotions wash through. Or they may find sitting near the beach or joining a sound bath session becomes their favorite new destressing jam.
Tip: Next time you feel scattered, do one simple activity for your Moon sign. Notice how quickly your system resets.
The Rising Sign: Daily Alignment Practices
Your Rising Sign is the doorway you walk through each day. When honored, it makes life feel smoother and less resistant.
Examples:
• Leo Rising: Wear bold colors, try adding solar or sun salutations to your morning routine, tap into an inner child activity that brings you joy, give a genuine compliment to someone each day. Joy comes when you shine, light others up, and connect with your inner creative genius.
• Virgo Rising: Create a 10-minute morning ritual—make your bed, light a candle, write a to-do list. Order = peace. You could also try barefoot meditation outdoors, gardening, or joining a productivity or organizing app such as Finch.
• Capricorn Rising: Keep a weekly planner. List your top 3 must dos each morning. Morning yoga, boundaries with tech (protect your focus), evening reflection in which you write one sentence on how you honored your long term goals. Even small goals achieved bring a sense of calm progress to your Earth moon.
• Pisces Rising: Begin your day with meditation or prayer. Quiet mornings ripple into calmer days. Dream journaling, one small act of kindness daily, energetic maintenance, walks in nature.
Venus: Your Joy Frequency
Venus shows where you find sweetness and delight. Stress melts when you connect with your Venus.
Examples:
• Venus in Sagittarius → plan a spontaneous day trip, take a new class that lights you up, or read an inspiring book.
• Venus in Libra → rearrange your home, add some favorite flowers, or go to an art exhibit.
• Venus in Cancer → host a cozy dinner, cuddle, make a favorite family recipe.
• Venus in Capricorn → invest in a quality item that makes life feel elegant and stable. Take a structured creativity class - pottery, weaving, woodworking - something that produces something tangible.
Venus reminds us: joy doesn’t have to be big—it can be woven into small, daily pleasures.
Ceres: Your Inner Nourishment
Ceres reveals how you give and receive care. Many of us burn out because we ignore this placement.
Examples:
• Ceres in Virgo: Peace through meal prep, herbal teas, or organizing your pantry.
• Ceres in Gemini: Nourishment through books, podcasts, coffee out with friends or bookclubs, and lively chats.
• Ceres in Scorpio: Recharging with energy work like reiki or breathwork, shadow work, fasting, or sacred intimacy.
• Ceres in Aries: Restoring energy by starting something new, even if small. Other ideas include any type of high intensity cardiovascular activity like running, kickboxing, hot yoga.
Tip: Make one Ceres-aligned activity part of your week—it becomes an anchor point you can always return to.
The 5th House: Your Playground of Joy
The 5th house shows where your inner child lives. It’s the antidote to overwork and stress.
Examples:
• 5th house in Aquarius → learning something new (like astrology!), community theater, stargazing, escape room meetup with friends, etc.
• 5th house in Cancer → scrapbooking, cooking with kids, revisit a favorite childhood game or host a family game night with friends.
• 5th house in Leo → painting, performing, catch a comedy night show, or even just singing loudly in the car.
• 5th house in Taurus → nature walks, chocolate or wine tasting, picnics, investing games, any new tactile class or hobby - flower arranging, knitting, sculpting or painting, pampering spa day, etc.
The 5th house teaches that joy isn’t a luxury. It’s medicine.
The IC: Rooted Peace
Your IC is your private sanctuary—the inner home you carry with you.
Examples:
• IC in Sagittarius → joy in travel, storytelling, taking new classes, or decorating with global treasures.
• IC in Capricorn → peace through family traditions, financial or long term goal planning, or creating stability at home.
• IC in Gemini → joy through bookshelves, writing nooks, trivia games, and cozy conversations.
• IC in Scorpio→ time alone, meditating in stillness, water baths, occult studies like tarot.
The IC whispers: “When in doubt, return to what feels like home in your bones.”
Asteroids: Subtle But Powerful Guides
While subtle, asteroids can often hit uncannily true. They add nuance to your joy & peace toolkit. Some you could layer and consider might be:
• Euterpe (27): Look to the house in your chart where music, art, and delight uplift you.
• Amor (1221): How love energy softens your life.
• Hygiea (10): Rituals of cleansing—like yoga, baths, or decluttering—that restore health.
• Vesta (4): Where tending a sacred flame (a practice, altar, or project) can help add calm focus.
• Psyche (16): Where your soul longs for beauty, intimacy, and gentleness.
Example: Someone with Vesta in the 6th house (the house of daily work and routine) may find peace in lighting a candle before starting their daily tasks—it’s simple, but profoundly centering. My suggestion? Try an idea or two and see if they land. If they do and its something you enjoy, its worth considering at least temporarily adding to your daily routine and evaluating in a month to see if it makes a meaningful difference.
Final Reflection
Chaos will always exist in the outer world. But your chart offers you some personalized hints of where you can look to reclaim a sense of calm, nurturing self activities, and ways to reconnect to your inner joy. There will nearly always be nuances - aspects, transits, progressions, day/night chart differences, rulers, sects, etc. - but it provides a really wonderful foundation from which you can start off with and build upon. So, in summary the key placements you may want to consider starting with would be:
• Moon = emotional reset
• Rising = daily rhythm
• Venus = delight
• Ceres = nourishment
• 5th House = play
• IC = rooted peace
• Asteroids = subtle allies
The more you honor these placements, the less life feels like survival—and the more it feels like true, embodied living.
Next time the world feels heavy, open your chart and ask: Where is joy waiting to be invited back in? You may discover something small and simple that brings you significant more life balance.
Journal Reflections:
• Moon Sign: “What simple ritual always soothes me when I feel scattered?”
• Rising Sign: “How can I honor my rising sign tomorrow morning to set the tone for the day?”
• Venus: “What small pleasure can I indulge in today that will reconnect me to beauty and pleasure in life?”
• Ceres: “What does true nourishment look like for me right now—and am I giving it to myself?”
• 5th House: “When was the last time I let myself play without expectation? How can I recreate that?”
• IC: “What does ‘home’ mean to me, and how can I bring more of that energy into my daily life?”
Breaking Chains of Spiritual Warfare: Love, Sovereignty & the Sword of Truth
A lone silhouette stands at the edge of a mountain peak as the first light of dawn breaks across the horizon. Their posture is steady, unshaken - a figure anchored in sovereignty, bathed in the glow of a new beginning. The rising sun illuminates the sky in gold and shadow, symbolizing the moment chains dissolve and truth clears the path forward.
Sovereign Path Series Epilogue
The Trap After Freedom
You cut the cords. You broke the tethers. For a moment you felt free. But then — the heaviness returned. You find yourself stuck, unable to move forward in the ways in which you desire, and unable to manifest the abundance and joy you know is meant for you. It is as if invisible chains still bind you, keeping your soul from stretching into its fullness. These are the anxious after effects once you leave - the desperate spells to keep you further tethered, to rob you of any light of hope and further growth, and to force you to return back to their facade of comfort.
This is the hidden snare after freedom. Not failure, but initiation. The deeper mirror has arrived. And, you are not meant to turn away.
The Three Currents of Liberation
1. Unconditional Love
Unconditional love is not soft or sentimental. It is a primordial current — the essence of Source, the spark from which you were created. It existed before fear, before heartbreak, before the walls you built to survive and protect yourself.
But it is not enough to know this love exists — you must let it fill you. To align with it means to open yourself to its flow and to embody it within, beginning first, with love for yourself. Not the fragile self-approval built on doing or pleasing, but the unshakable knowing: “I am worthy. I am whole. I am loved without condition.”
Because you are.
And, when you embody this love - when you align yourself with Source and you stand firmly in alignment with the unconditional love that is your birthright - distortion cannot anchor in you. Spells dissolve. Manipulations slide away. Attacks collapse. Because no shadow can take root in a vessel overflowing with unconditional love.
Practice: Place your hand on your heart. Whisper: “I remember. I return. I am love.” Sit in meditation and breath work, until this truth moves from thought to presence, until it begins to overflow within you.
2. Sovereignty
Sovereignty is not a crown. It is your anchor. The deep ground of your being that no one else can own. Not fear. Not manipulation. Not even the voices of your past.
It means no one else owns your will. Not a partner, not a group, not a psychic manipulator. True sovereignty isn’t rebellion for rebellion’s sake; is self-possession of your soul.
When you stand anchored in sovereignty, attempts to bend or bind your path collapse before they reach you. Their spells, their projectors, their manipulations shatter against the fortress of your will aligned in truth with Spirit. And sovereignty is contagious. Your freedom reminds others that they, too, can be free.
Practice: Stand barefoot on the earth. Speak your name back into your body: “I am sovereign. My will is my own. I do not consent to any presence, energy, or bind that is not aligned with my highest good. Not now, not ever.” Repeat until your voice steadies like fire. And cut cords as often as needed until this tether, and any new attempts at a tether, no longer return.
3. Divine Truth (The Sword of Light)
Divine Truth is not vague or soft. It is the cutting clarity that severs illusion at its root. It is the Sword of Light — and no shadow can withstand it. It slices through glamour, illusion, manipulation. But truth is also uncomfortable - it reveals where you colluded in your own bondage, where you gave your power away. And it asks you to witness this so that this lesson you are mastering will become embodied and you will never, ever again need to repeat it.
Aligning with truth also means you no longer stay silent in the face of distortion. You speak. You expose. You cut cleanly with clarity. Both for yourself, and for others. This is not cruelty or revenge — it is liberation. Because when the truth is spoken, illusions collapse, and those around you see the choice before them with unmistakable clarity. And you step further into your own alignment, sovereignty, and self love when you do so.
And here is the promise: when you stand in truth, divine protection rises with you. Every. Single. Time.
Practice:
1. Speak aloud once a day: “I align with Truth. I cut distortion at its root.”
2. Ask yourself what illusion you see around you is ready to dissolve today . Name it clearly. Burn or tear the page. Let the act remind you: truth dissolves distortion.
3. Journal the lies you’ve told yourself (“I’m unworthy"“, “I can’t ever seem to reach my financial goals”, “I am not ready for relationship”, “I can’t escape”, “They will reject me if I expose this” etc) and then burn this page and replace it instead with soul-truth (“I am unconditionally loved”, “I am the author of my own story”, “abundance flows freely to me when I am in alignment with my life”, “I am free”, “My worth does not in any way depend on the approval of others”, etc).
The Turning Point
After freedom comes the real test. The choice to hold steady when shadow circles again.
If you have broken free, this is the hour to rise higher, not retreat. Anchor deeper into love, sovereignty, and truth. That is the ground in which no attack can touch.
And for those still caught in distortion, those still enabling harm, still working in covert ways to actively spell cast and bind - know this: you are seen, your actions are witnessed and spiritual laws are in play. You are not beyond accountability if you choose to continue.
Unprovoked attacks against another may appear to slip through unnoticed. The validation that you feel by affirming someone else’s agenda may soothe your ego for a moment. But it will always prove hollow in the end.
The same threshold stands before you. You are not beyond reclamation. Turning back may not erase the past, but it restores your essence and spares you from the spiral that only grows harsher the longer you refuse the mirror.
Do not risk stagnating your own growth, dimming your gifts, and facing karmic lessons that need not come -unless you force them to.
The path is open. But the doorway narrows the longer you wait.
The Final Blessing & Call to Action
When you root into love — not as an idea, but as a living force that flows and fills you from within — you become unshakable. When you embody sovereignty as your anchor, no hand can bend your will. When you wield truth as a sword of light, distortion crumbles, clarity clears the way forward, and you will find protection that surpasses your imagination.
This is not just about breaking chains. It is about becoming untouchable to the forces that once bound you. It is about standing in your essence — whole, radiant, unbound, and fearless.
So breathe. Place your hand on your heart. Say it now as a vow:
• I anchor in unconditional love — for myself first, and through me for the world.
• I stand sovereign. My will is my own.
• I wield the Sword of Truth and I do not look away. I know that I am protected and safe, always.
And then — act. Write one truth. Speak one boundary. Release one chain.
Because every small act of love, sovereignty, and truth is not only your freedom — it is a signal fire. And it lights the way for the next soul to rise.
Your soul is ready. The path is open. And your rising is the blessing your ancestors have been waiting for. They are cheering you on. And once you pass this test, align yourself fully with Source, and master the lessons you are being offered, you will often find a latent gift becomes unlocked. It happened for me and I have seen it for my friends. Once you are free and you have embodied and integrated the lessons that your soul has been invited to learn you will find yourself transformed. Stronger than you were when you began, more aligned with your life path, and more empowered than you could have imagined for yourself.
The choice is yours and the finish line is within sight. You are almost there.
Astro-Wellness: Your Rising Sign as a Sacred Blueprint for Daily Rhythms
A solitary lighthouse symbolic of the chart ruler as a guiding light for Rising Signs and holistic wellness.
The Rising Sign is not a surface mask — it is your soul’s horizon line, the incarnate threshold through which you took your first breath and stepped into this life. It describes how your body meets the world and how the world in turn meets you. Your Chart Ruler, the planet governing your Ascendant, shines like a lighthouse across the sea of your life. It helps to orient you back to your essence whenever you drift from alignment.
Together, your Rising Sign and Chart Ruler form what we could call, your Astro-Wellness Blueprint: the map of your body’s sensitivities, the style of movement and rest that nourishes you, and the daily rhythms that keep you connected to your joy. When you fall out of step with this blueprint, your body whispers through fatigue, tension, or imbalance. When you live in alignment with it, you feel restored, radiant, and in line with your soul’s original design.
This is where astrology becomes wellness: your Ascendant + Ruler don’t just tell you who you are — they help to reveal how to live in a body that supports your growth, your healing, and your joy.
Below is a list of Ascendants (your first house) and their chart rulers. This will provide you with a basic, foundational view of how this works; each chart will layer the house/zodiacal archetype of where your chart ruler falls as well as aspects that flavor and nuance how these are expressed and talk to each other. While each of us have our own unique blueprint, this will give you a broad overview and provide basic themes you can play with and contemplate.
Mars-Ruled Risings (Aries & Scorpio Ascendants)
Archetype: The Warrior / The Alchemist
You are initiated through intensity, struggle, and truth. Mars challenges you to act, learn initiative and boldness, to confront stagnation, and to transmute raw energy into sacred purpose.
• Body-Shadow: Excess heat; inflammation, anger, muscular tension, restless fire.
• Wellness Key: Mars risings need release work—not chaos, but conscious movement that transforms pressure into vitality.
• Embodiment Practices: Controlled exertion; breath of fire, fasting, drumming, strength training, running or kickboxing, sauna + cool immersion.
• Joy Path: Joy emerges when courage and fire become fuel for creation, not destruction—when action is aligned with spirit and your fire is harnessed in service of life.
Sun-Ruled Risings (Leo Ascendants)
Archetype: The Radiant Flame
You are called to embody sovereignty, to shine as a solar vessel of warmth, clarity, vision, and creativity. Ultimately, to lead and inspire others. The Sun teaches you that your radiance is not for applause, but for sacred offering.
• Body-Shadow: The Sun governs the heart, circulation, and vital force itself. Misalignment can manifest as exhaustion, prideful strain, spinal tension, depletion from constant giving.
• Wellness Key: You thrive when your body is tended as a living flame—fed with joy, expression, the warmth of connection, and renewal in meaningful ways.
• Embodiment Practices: Sun salutations, expressive dance, basking in sunlight, music, creative projects.
• Joy Path: Joy is your compass. It arrives when you create from overflow, not obligation. True joy arrives when your radiance is shared - when you create not for applause, but as an offering of your flame for others.
Moon-Ruled Risings (Cancer Ascendants)
Archetype: The Lunar Vessel / Keeper of Waters
You live by cycles, apprenticed to the wisdom of ebb and flow. The Moon teaches you to find safety not in control, but in rhythm and cycles of nourishment and release.
• Body-Shadow: The Moon rules fluids, digestion, fertility. Misalignment shows up as digestive imbalance, emotional heaviness, water retention, or absorbing and/or being swept into others’ emotions.
• Wellness Key: Moon risings thrive in cyclic alignment—tracking phases, living with lunar cycles, eating seasonal foods, and tending to rhythms of rest and renewal.
• Embodiment Practices: Reflective journaling, water immersion, belly breathing, cooking in rhythm with the seasons, lunar phase practices.
• Joy Path: Joy arises when you honor your own tides instead of taking on responsibility to regulate everyone else’s.
Venus-Ruled Risings (Taurus & Libra Ascendants)
Archetype: The Keeper of Harmony / Artist of Balance
You are called to weave beauty into daily life and embody harmony and stability in body and relationship. Venus reminds you that pleasure and presence itself is medicine.
• Body-Shadow: Venus governs the throat, kidneys, and complexion. Misalignment manifests as overindulgence, sugar sensitivity, imbalance or nervous tension from disharmony, or reliance on external approval.
• Wellness Key: Wellness comes from sensual devotion—rituals that ground you in the body through art, beauty, sound, touch, taste, and connection.
• Embodiment Practices: Song, sacred adornment, mindful eating, movement with music, breath set to rhythm, relational check-ins.
• Joy Path: Joy awakens when beauty becomes devotional, not decorative—when harmony heals and becomes the vessel of love - springing from deep, authentic abundance, rather than pleasing others and seeking approval.
Mercury-Ruled Risings (Gemini & Virgo Ascendants)
Archetype: The Sacred Messenger / The Code-Healer
Your initiation is into rhythm and translation—learning to flex and bridge body and mind, spirit and matter. Mercury guides you to heal through words, breath, and movement.
• Body-Shadow: Mercury rules the lungs, nerves, intestines, and the faculty of coordination. Misalignment surfaces as nervous overstimulation or depletion, worry, gut anxiety, restlessness.
• Wellness Key: Your body thrives on regulated rhythm—steady breath, structure and clear routines, mental stillness, and mindful flow.
• Embodiments: Walking meditations, journaling, mantra-based yoga, herbal medicine for digestion and nerves.
• Joy Path: Joy is found in coherence—when your curiosity and routines bring clarity rather than scattering and your words and practices become bridges rather than fractures.
Saturn-Ruled Risings (Capricorn & Aquarius Ascendants)
Archetype: The Gatekeeper of Time / The Sacred Architect
In ancient astrology, Saturn is the furthest wanderer, the planet at the edge of visibility. To the ancients, Saturn was the keeper of limits — of time, mortality, and boundaries. For those born under his rulership, life unfolds through tests, responsibilities, and the weight of necessity. Yet these tests are initiations, helping to sprout deep roots of profound wisdom and mastery.
• Body-Shadow: Ancient texts associated Saturn with cold and dryness, heaviness in bones, joints, and skin. When out of rhythm, Saturn bodies manifest rigidity, pensive or heavy somberness, or depletion.
• Wellness Key: Wellness comes from cultivating sacred structure and measured rhythm. Saturn risings thrive not by excess but by moderation, by practices that strengthen the body slowly and steadily, much like stonework carefully, methodically built with patience.
• Embodiment Practices: Dawn rituals, strength-building over time, fasting for clarity, contemplative practices (meditation, chanting, solitude), tending hearth and home as sacred ground.
• Path to Joy: Paradoxically, joy arrives through discipline. When you live in alignment with Saturn’s rhythm, boundaries create freedom, and limits open into deeper meaning. Joy is found in the quiet pride of mastery, the dignity of work done well, and the serenity of knowing you are in rhythm with time itself.
Jupiter/Neptune-Ruled Risings (Sagittarius & Pisces Ascendants)
Archetype: The Seeker / The Mystic Dreamer
You are initiated into expansion and surrender. Jupiter stretches you into meaning, Neptune dissolves you into unity. Together, they remind you that wonder itself is wellness.
• Body-Shadow: Jupiter expands - misaligned, it can bring excess in liver, hips, or circulation. This can manifest in patterns of overindulgence, excess weight, escapism, addiction, exhaustion, or immune depletion.
• Wellness Key: These risings need sacred expansion and flow—open horizons, water immersion, devotional practices that restore awe and immersion in the greater whole.
• Embodiments: Pilgrimage walks, sunrise runs, swimming, dreamwork, ecstatic dance, dream journaling, chanting, and gratitude practice.
• Joy Path: Joy arises as wonder—when life feels larger than you, yet holds you gently within it.
The Lighthouse and the Compass
Your Rising Sign is your incarnational doorway; your Chart Ruler, the lighthouse that orients you through storm and calm alike, and helps to guide you back to alignment. Together, they form your soul’s wellness compass:
• The Rising shows you where the body mirrors the soul’s shadow and struggle when you are out of rhythm.
• The Ruler reveals the practices that restore vitality and clarity.
• Together, they lead you back to your deepest joy; the joy of living in sync with your soul’s authentic design.
And yet, the sky is never still. Transits to your chart ruler or Ascendant flavor this compass, tinting its light. When Jupiter blesses your ruler, vitality often expands; when Saturn presses down, the body may feel heavier, asking for rest and refinement. Mars transits can ignite inflammation or motivation, Venus can restore harmony through beauty and pleasure, and Neptune may invite surrender to subtler rhythms.
The ancients understood these planetary movements not as random disruptions, but as seasonal teachings - temporary overlays that refine your practice and deepen your embodiment. By tracking transits to your Rising Sign and ruler, you learn when to lean into discipline, when to allow softness, and when to celebrate expansion.
Astro-Wellness then, is not static. It is a living relationship between your natal blueprint and the ever-turning heavens. Your Rising and Ruler are your constant teachers, but the transiting sky adds its color, reminding you that wellness is not a fixed state - it is an ever changing dance with time itself. It isn’t about chasing perfection or following rigid routines. It is instead about learning to live in relationship with your Rising rhythm—listening when your body signals misalignment, and honoring the guidance of your body and chart ruler like a steady beacon.
When you align with this blueprint:
• The body stops being a battlefield and becomes a teacher of deep wisdom.
• Health shifts from discipline into devotion.
• Joy ceases to be fleeting and becomes a living, steady current.
Where To Start:
Locate your Rising Sign & its Chart Ruler in your natal chart. Reflect on where its themes appear in your body today. Choose one embodiment practice this week as an offering. Give yourself a month and contemplate shifts and changes you notice. Consider the following daily reflections:
What practice is my Rising calling me into today?
What “light” (deeper insight) is my chart ruler shining on my path right now?
Where is joy waiting for me in my body, if I choose to honor it?
This is the heart of Astro-Wellness: not a list of health hacks, but a return to your soul’s original harmony. Your Rising and Chart Ruler hold the keys. When you walk in rhythm with them, you are not only well — you are whole.
The Mirrors We Hold
A distorted mirror reflects a swan, reminding us that our self-image is often warped by shame and lies - yet beneath the distortion, our true beauty and power remain intact.
Breaking Free Into Sovereignty
We are all mirrors for one another. Every encounter, every conversation, every triggered emotion is a reflection inviting us to see ourselves more clearly. Sometimes the reflections are beautiful, affirming what we already love about ourselves. Other times, they are raw and confronting—forcing us to see the shadow traits and wounds we’d rather keep hidden.
But perhaps the most dangerous and powerful mirror is the one we hold up to ourselves—and so often distort.
The greatest lies we ever hear aren’t whispered in someone else’s voice. They are the subtle deceptions we feed ourselves. The stories of “I’m fine” when we’re unraveling inside. The “it’s not a big deal” when our soul is begging us to admit it is. The “I can’t” when fear is choking possibility at the root. These self-lies are poison disguised as protection.
And shame is their enforcer. Shame shackles us to our past—reminding us of our mistakes, amplifying our flaws, convincing us that we’ll never outgrow the wounds we carry. It thrives in silence, secrecy, and self-betrayal. But here’s the truth: shame only has power when we keep bowing to it.
Think of the times you’ve walked a path because it felt like the safe, logical, or familiar choice—only to realize it was draining the life out of you. Those choices, however well-intentioned, are rooted in fear. Fear of judgment. Fear of change. Fear of failure. Fear of being truly seen. And yet, those paths that promise safety often end up being the most soul-deadening of all.
There is another way.
It begins when you stop lying to yourself. When you peel away the mask, strip off the layers of shame, and admit what you truly desire. When you honor the whispers of your intuition, even when they don’t fully make sense. Because how many times has that inner nudge carried you somewhere far more magical, far more expansive, than your mind could ever have planned?
Alignment is not about perfection—it’s about courage. The courage to live your truth even when it disrupts expectations. The courage to burn down old narratives and rebuild a life that actually feeds your soul. The courage to see the reflection in the mirror—shadow and light—and say, This is me. And I choose freedom.
Because when you stop lying to yourself, you stop giving shame its power. You reclaim the keys to your own liberation. You stop chasing paths that look safe but lead nowhere, and instead step into the unknown terrain of your own true becoming.
And yes, it will be uncomfortable. Choosing freedom always is. It means outgrowing relationships that can’t hold your truth, releasing patterns that once defined you, and daring to be seen in your wholeness. But on the other side of that discomfort lies a kind of joy that is deeper, truer, and more enduring than anything safety could have ever given you.
The mirror will always be there, waiting. The only question is: will you keep looking away, or will you finally meet your own gaze without flinching?
Your mirror can enslave you, or it can awaken you. The choice is yours—but your soul already knows the answer.
Journal Reflections
What truths are you afraid to admit to yourself right now?
Where does shame still hold you hostage—and how can you reclaim your power in those places?
Think of a time you lied to yourself for “safety.” What was the cost of that choice?
What is your intuition quietly whispering that you keep ignoring?
If you stopped running from your reflection and embraced every part of yourself—shadow and light—how would your life expand?
The Blood Moon Eclipse: A Choice Point of Power & Healing
Pressure creates stars. This Blood Moon creates you.
Twice a year we enter eclipse season. This month offers us two eclipse events. On September 7th, the skies deliver a rare and potent event: a Blood Moon, a total lunar (or full moon) eclipse at 15° Pisces. Lunar eclipses always bring intensity and reflection—truth revealed, shadows exposed, endings and beginnings, often woven together. But this one carries an unmistakable spiritual weight, the kind that can alter the trajectory of our lives if we meet it with courage.
Think of this eclipse as the cosmic version of nuclear fusion. In fusion, immense pressure and heat ignite a process where two separate elements unite, releasing incredible energy that powers stars. An eclipse symbolically mirrors this—tremendous tension gathers in our lives, pressure builds around old wounds or patterns, and under this force, something new fuses into form. A new light is born from what once seemed impossible - or perhaps even unseen to us - to integrate.
The Pisces–Virgo Axis: Spirit and Service
Because this eclipse occurs at 15° Pisces, it awakens the polarity axis of Pisces and Virgo. Every full moon already carries a polarity story, but an eclipse amplifies this energy significantly.
• Pisces is considered the most spiritual sign of the zodiac. It holds the energy of compassion, transcendence, unity, and spiritual surrender. Pisces reminds us to surrender, dissolve boundaries, and trust the flow of the unseen. In its highest potential, it dissolves separation and helps us remember we are more than our wounds, more than our identities, more than the small story we’ve been living; and it reminds us that at our core, we are all connected. In its shadow, it can lure us into escapism, denial, or bypassing—losing ourselves in the fog and never ending merging nature of its vastness.
• Virgo, standing opposite, offers us the gifts of discernment, clarity, embodied healing, and sacred service. Virgo asks us to refine, organize, and bring life to order. At its best, Virgo grounds the dream of Pisces into daily, embodied action—it asks, how do you live this truth in your body, in your routines, in your relationships? In its shadow, Virgo can fall into over-analysis, criticism, or perfectionism that keeps us from ever truly living our full potential and feeling whole.
This eclipse on the Pisces-Virgo axis asks us to weave these forces together: to bring our spiritual longings (Pisces) into tangible, embodied practices (Virgo). To allow both compassion and transcendence, but not lose the grounded reality of real-life integration. It reminds us to release the fears and old patterns or habits that hold us back; reminding us that we don’t have to control every detail of our life to be safe and that we never have to earn our worth. It teaches us that when we release control we don’t lose power, we gain a new kind of strength - one that flows from a place of alignment and not force. And it also reminds us of the importance and value of energetic boundaries; that, no matter how well intentioned you are, you cannot pour from an empty cup. The magic of this harmonious integration happens when we blend the energies consciously: excellence and boundaries with compassion, doing with being, conscious surrender, faith with precision, intuition with discernment, vision with practicality, etc.
Fated Change and the Eclipse Mystery
Astrologers hold different views on eclipses. Some encourage ritual and manifestation; others caution against it. I personally see eclipses as fated portals—moments where the hand of destiny is stronger than our own intention-setting. For this reason, I do not manifest with absolutes during eclipses the way I would with a normal new or full moon. Instead, I tend to go inward and reflect and listen. I notice what is surfacing, what is breaking open, what is dissolving. And I reflect within myself: What wants to be healed here? What am I being asked to see that perhaps I haven’t yet seen in full? How can I embody this new change?
Eclipses are like wild cards in the cosmic deck. They can bring sudden, rapid change, insight, or illumination, that alters everything overnight, but just as often, their effects ripple out more slowly over the next six months to come. Sometimes we don’t recognize the eclipse’s teaching until a later turning point makes its pattern clear. Sometimes we see external shifts and material reality changes (relationship or job for example, beginning or ending) and sometimes it is more subtle and internal - a change in our perception or mindset. But, they always mark a turning point of some point.
When Eclipse Effects Unfold
One of the most common questions I hear is: “When will I feel the eclipse?” The truth is, the effects of a total lunar eclipse are rarely confined to the day itself.
• In the moment: You may feel waves of emotion, revelations, or sudden endings on the day of the eclipse. This is the raw shadow material surfacing for release. This will likely be especially prominent this eclipse as Pisces is a water sign and this is a total lunar (or full moon) eclipse which means it magnifies a normal full moon cycle which typically signifies release.
• Two weeks after: The energy often continues to reverberate until the next new moon, as the themes settle into your system and start shaping your choices.
• Three to six months: Many eclipses work like seeds planted in shadow. Their stories begin to play out over the season ahead, especially when other transits re-activate the same degree.
• Up to 18 months: Because eclipses are tied to the lunar nodes, their full impact can ripple through your life until the next set of eclipses, or even longer. Often you only realize in hindsight that a major shift began under an eclipse portal.
With a total lunar eclipse, like this Blood Moon at 15° Pisces, the emphasis is often on culmination and closure—a harvest of sorts, where what has been building finally comes to light. But don’t be surprised if the real transformations unfold slowly, like a tide reshaping the shoreline.
The Healing Potential
• Release of old cycles: Eclipses tend to close chapters that were never fully resolved. If something resurfaces now, it is not punishment—it’s an invitation to complete the loop with more intentional awareness.
• Acceleration of growth: What normally might take years to shift can pivot in weeks. Eclipse energy condenses time. While radical shifts aren’t always the norm, they certainly are not rare in eclipse portals. Quantum leaps can happen under eclipses. Especially when angular houses and personal planets are involved.
• Integration of shadow: This is not about destroying the past, but fusing it into wisdom. Like nuclear fusion, you become more luminous when you accept the pressure, surrender to the process, and let transformation burn away illusion.
How to Work with It
1. Ground Yourself – The intensity of an eclipse can scatter your nervous system. Get barefoot on the Earth, take salt baths, or place your spine against a tree. Breathwork, body shaking (to release trapped emotion), or simple yoga flows and walks in nature can help release the pressure.
2. Name the Shadow – Write down what old patterns, doubts, or stories are surfacing. Naming them takes away their power. You cannot heal what you refuse to see.
3. Create a Choice Ritual – Rather than “manifesting,” honor the eclipse by making a conscious choice. On the night of the eclipse, light a single candle and say aloud something simple such as: “I choose to release what no longer fuels me, and I choose to ignite my next chapter with clarity, strength, and love.” Burn a piece of paper with your limiting belief written on it. Allow the ashes to return to the earth.
4. Anchor the Light – Follow up the release with something that roots you in joy: singing, dancing, journaling gratitude, or preparing a nourishing meal. Transformation is not only about letting go but also about inviting new frequencies into your body and nourishing yourself.
5. Stay Compassionate – Eclipse portals stir emotion in everyone. If people around you act out, remember they too are under the same cosmic pressure. Hold compassion without sacrificing your boundaries.
Why This Eclipse Matters
This Blood Moon at 15° Pisces is not simply a celestial event—it’s a cosmic mirror. It shows us where we’ve hidden our light behind shadow, fear, or complacency. But like nuclear fusion, the energy of this eclipse asks us to use the pressure - surrender to it - not resist it. Pressure is the birthplace of stars, and in this moment, you are asked to become your own source of radiance.
We are at a collective crossroads. Each of us can choose contraction—clinging to what we’ve outgrown—or expansion, stepping into authenticity, truth, and true, luminous power. The choice, is up to us.
Final Reminder:
You are not being broken down—you are being refined. This Blood Moon eclipse is not the end, but the ignition. Trust that the pressure is purposeful. Trust that your soul knows the way. Lean into the emotional wisdom of Jupiter in Cancer, the intuitive knowing of Pisces, and the discernment and practicality of Virgo. Ground, release, choose, and rise.
Reflections:
What patterns or storylines are surfacing now that may have begun 6–18 months ago? What wants to close, so something new can be born?
How would your daily routine change if you prioritized more healthy boundaries, nervous system regulation, and micro habits over productivity? What would you add? What would you release? How can you invite balance into this area of your life?
Where are you being asked to surrender control and trust the flow of life? Where might you be avoiding truth by escaping or numbing?
What practices, routines, or embodied actions could help you ground your spiritual insights into tangible healing?
What patterns, fears, self-doubt, or stories are surfacing that you’ve been carrying for far too long? How do you see them more clearly now?
From this moment forward, what are you choosing to release, and what new energy or truth are you choosing to carry with you?
After journaling or reflecting, sit for a few moments with your hand over your heart or belly. Let your body feel the truth of what you’ve reflected upon. Integration happens not only in the mind but in the body and spirit.
When Energy Becomes a Weapon: Seeing Through Subtle Attacks
An owl perched on a dark branch at night, symbolizing wisdom, discernment, and the ability to see through subtle energetic manipulation and hidden attacks.
My Experience Since Leaving. Epilogue to the Sovereign Path Series.
When I left the group, I thought distance and clear separation would mean freedom. I left quietly, I did not retaliate, I have not used names or lashed out. I have cleared the karmic and akashic energy. I have simply spoken the truth with the intention of helping others and shining a light on a subject that, quite frankly, is not talked enough about. But I will be honest, about a heavier side effect of leaving that I did not expect - I have been attacked regularly since I left. These attacks have ranged from obvious and overt to very subtle and nuanced. They have ranged in seriousness and amplified reach. And, I want to share about my experience so that you too can recognize these patterns. Naming what is happening isn’t about fear - it’s about discernment and empowerment. When we see clearly, we reclaim our power to choose differently, to protect our energy, and to walk forward in a future aligned with truth. These attack patterns don’t always show up like you think they will. In fact, some of the things that I’ve experienced may surprise you - manipulations in how others read your energy, divination tool interference, energetic mimicry within connection to others, physical changes such as changes to my moon cycle, seeding of doubt, confusion and amplification of emotion with others - both in discord and elation, etc. The bottom line is that, at least in my experience, this is often a different kind of interference than you might anticipate—its much more quiet, deliberate, and nuanced - aimed not always at my body but at my energy and mind. And it is often built around a small speck or thread of truth making it very easy to second guess, dismiss entirely, or become confused about. And while I have shielded most of these, there have been a few stark lessons along the way.
Over the past several months I’ve experienced many forms:
• Spellwork and hexes (group or singular) designed to disrupt flow, steal or confuse gifts, futures, and bonds, and physically harm.
• Psychic attacks that strike at night or in moments of vulnerability.
• Glamour tactics that cloud perception, making the false appear true.
• Subtle energetic manipulation, woven into the edges of my (or other’s) awareness.
Here are a few examples:
I had an argument with someone I rarely argue with, that was amplified and intense. The argument ignited over a seed of truth but the energetic interplay was much more dynamic and intense than it would have been without outside influence.
I had a past life reading where the storyline was altered and the manipulator (who has been my sister in multiple past lives) re-authored the events to suit the outcome and narrative that they desired. It included just enough truth that it was very plausible. But, when I sat with it later and reflected, the energetic imprint and distortion was visible and undeniable.
Divinatory tool readings have been manipulated on a few isolated occasions where the outcome was glamoured - both in a negative way on one occasion and an overly optimistic on another. Both again, to suit a desired outcome.
Strong seeds of doubt have been implanted on multiple occasions - these I usually detect quickly but on a particularly chaotic day that was already high with emotional energy - I fell susceptible. And, it took me a day to recognize. Again, doubt and negativity seeded to suit desired outcomes.
Most recently, I experienced a spell crafted with one purpose: to distort and hide the truth itself. It didn’t try to silence me outright—it tried to confuse me, to make me doubt what I knew and second-guess what was clear in my bones.
How It Works
The tactics are rarely direct. They operate like smoke, slipping in through openings and hiding in the corners:
• Backdoor Access: They find ways to keep energetic access points open, often through old connections or cords left uncut.
• Watchers: Energy has been placed at the edges of my field, monitoring, waiting, reporting back.
• Peripheral Sitting: They don’t always strike—sometimes they hover at the edges, waiting for moments of distraction, emotional charge, or energetic lows or illness, because they know you are more vulnerable then.
• Through Others: If they can’t reach you directly, they often spy through connections—friends, shared spaces or tethers that they hold with someone you may still be in contact with - energetically or otherwise, or anyone who might unknowingly carry a line back to you.
• Timing: Any that were successful, were always when I was emotionally engaged, distracted, or processing something big. Always when my guard might have been lowered.
The goal is simple: to seed chaos, fear, or discontent. To silence or intimidate truth. To fracture clarity, stir confusion, and pull me off-center. Though the experiences can feel devastating in the moment, they often clear space for renewal. Each attack has the potential to catalyze deep healing and a new sense of spiritual alignment.
I Am Not Alone
This isn’t just about me. This is not a private, past life, or interpersonal conflict. This particular individual casts these spells and energetic workings routinely - almost like clockwork, in ritual, to an entire list of individuals. Anyone who there is any seed of discord, threat, or they sense resistance with. Often including those who have chosen to leave. And, they don’t just end with the individual themselves. In some cases, particularly those who are still actively tethered - they also include friends, acquaintances, and even persons that are only loosely connected in their lives. Anyone who might pose a threat, help expose, explore the truth, or empower them, or help them break free; anyone who refuses to feed the manipulator’s illusion. If you are involved in a dynamic like this and seeking help, clarity, or advice from someone else - even a non-professional like family or friends; be aware these people are often being attacked energetically also. Ask them. Have you felt anything “off” or different recently? Any unusual dreams, disruption in your temperament, mood, or how you feel in general after we talk or get together? The goal is to isolate you. To keep you confused, feeding into their negative loops (which strengthens their connection), and keep you dependent upon them. They love to see a backslide.
For some, the attacks show up as sudden doubts, strange mood swings, physical upset (something as simple as indigestion, random sexual feelings, disorientation or ungroundedness, headaches, throat ache, etc) or out-of-character conflict. For others, it’s physical exhaustion, depression, helplessness or anxiety, sleepless nights, indecision, or repeating patterns of miscommunication, mental fog, and disorientation.
The common thread is often some form of disruption. If you feel targeted, destabilized, ruminating, “off your game”, or constantly second-guessing yourself—know that you’re likely not imagining it, and you’re not alone.
Protecting Yourself
Awareness is the first shield. But there are other practical, energetic steps you can take. Here are a few simple ones:
1. Close the Backdoors
• Identify lingering energetic ties (ex-partners, friends, energetic connections, past groups, old mentors, etc). Cut or cleanse those cords with ritual. Understand that if you continue engagement, you need to keep interaction short, maintain strong energetic boundaries, limit emotional entanglement, and use strong discernment. And always, cleanse your field afterwards.
• Audit your digital and energetic spaces—who has access, and why? Use strong discernment and rely upon your intuition to guide you.
2. Clear the Watchers
• Visualize a sweep of bright light moving through your field, dissolving anything that lingers without your consent.
• State clearly: “Only energies aligned with my highest good may remain.”
Watch for signs (flickering candle wicks without a breeze, shadow movement, auric or subtle energetic changes, etc).
3. Anchor in Truth
• Journaling: Write what you know to be true before confusion sets in. Return to these pages when distortion tries to take hold.
• Body check: Truth feels grounding. Lies feel slippery. Let your nervous system, your intuition—not your mind—be your compass.
4. Shield Daily
• Mirror shields: Surround yourself with reflective light, returning all distortion to Source.
• Salt + water: Baths, foot soaks, or even rinsing hands in salt water clears residue.
• Prayer or intention: Call on guides, ancestors, or deities aligned with truth to stand guard and help protect you.
Energy Work: Regularly engage in energetic clearing, maintenance, and fortification
Grounding: If you’re experiencing energy drains, try a simple grounding ritual: place both feet on the earth, visualize roots anchoring you deep into the soil, and affirm, “My energy is sovereign, my body is a temple, and I am protected”. This small daily act plants the seed of energetic sovereignty.
5. Community Vigilance
• Talk about what you notice. Share patterns. Manipulation thrives in secrecy and isolation—naming it breaks its spell. Make no mistake - if you are under energetic attack like this, it IS spiritual warfare. It is not about choosing sides - it is about choosing your own sovereignty, truth, and freedom. And it needs to be spoken for what it is - and with much more openness so we can learn from, and help, each other.
Turning the Tactic on Its Head
The irony of these attacks is that they strengthen what they seek to destroy. Each attempt to confuse me only sharpens my own clarity and grows my gifts. Each recognition strengthens my own intuition and teaches me. Each tether cut, frees me more. Each interference pushes me deeper into sovereignty.
And, it will do the same for you.
Because while chaos may be seeded, truth roots deeper. And once you’ve seen through the fog, you can never unsee the truth.
Closing Thoughts
Remember who you are. Lean into your own intuition. Trust yourself first - always. If you feel yourself under attack, spend time sitting with yourself and how you feel about something before you take action. Your intuition and your connection to Source cannot be taken from you and they cannot be manipulated. Your sovereignty, intuition, and spiritual protection are your strongest shields.
If you’ve felt the sting of unseen hands pulling at your energy, know this: it is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of your own power. They would not target you if you were not standing on something true, something somehow threatening to their illusion. Do not give in to fear. Stand in your own sovereignty and truth. Because without your consent, they are limited in their reach.
The sad reality of this is that this is often orchestrated by someone who has not done their own healing. Instead of getting to the root of their own trauma and wounding, they are spiritually bypassing and attempting to bend and control their own - and other’s (aka your!)- reality so that they don’t have to sit with the truth. And while I am deeply compassionate on this point, not confronting this in truth - both for yourself, your loved ones - and this manipulator - allows them to continue to bypass. We all have dark nights of the soul. We all have lessons that we are fated to confront and learn from as part of our soul’s evolution. And we are all given opportunities to heal and live our lives abundantly and from a place of true joy, peace, and wholeness. Manipulation may putt the ball. It may delay some of these truths from surfacing. But it will never bring the long-lasting wholeness and healing that each of us deserves and desires. The hard truth is that indecision will make separating and taking the leap from this, all the harder. Every hook that has been used, or has ever been successful, has been tethered to an area of weakness or wounding. Breaking free will never be easy. But the sooner you choose to make that cut, the easier it will be.
This is a heavy post. Many of the posts in this series are heavy. And they deal with dark, uncomfortable topics. Spiritual warfare isn’t pleasant, pretty, and certainly not fun. But, if it’s a path you’ve encountered in your life journey, trust that it is here for a reason and offers a valuable lesson. And how you choose to respond to that lesson will largely determine how it unfolds in your future - as a gift, a shameful moment or experience you regret, or a trauma that you may be tempted to suppress and bury. There is nothing to be ashamed from if you have been entangled in manipulative entrapment. The danger is in letting the wound define us. These attacks are not the whole story - they are simply a chapter. The real story is in how we rise, heal, and embody more light and sovereignty than ever before afterwards. The beauty in every lesson we are offered is that when you sit with the work of untangling and healing you take away the power that has been held over you. Every ounce of shame, guilt, and vulnerability becomes alchemized into a strength, and ultimately, a gift. You learn to heal - not just bandaid and bypass - but truly heal - the areas that they exploited. You become stronger, more resilient, and if desired, you can become a guide for others to help them heal in their own journey. And for those of you who have leadership in your future? Well you will undoubtedly become all the more prepared as a result of this trial. When you do the work, you truly do become all the better for it.
When we recognize what is happening and choose not to fear or resist it, to set aside our own ego and meet it with clarity, discernment, and protection, we begin to embody a deeper freedom. We move from being pulled into other’s shadows to anchoring in our own light. If you take anything from my story, let it be this: your energy is sovereign, your body is sacred, and your spirit cannot be stolen. With each act of discernment, with each ritual of grounding, and with each moment of finally choosing yourself - you plant the seed of liberation. And those seeds ripple outward, empowering not just you, but the collective as well. So let the heaviness fall away. Step forward lighter, clearer, freer, and more empowered with awareness, clarity, and hope. This is not about fear, it is about freedom. This is not about being attacked, but about remembering and standing in who you truly are. Because when you stand in your own truth, when you stand in your own sovereignty, and when you stand aligned in your life path with your ancestors, guides, and spirit team surrounding you, you will find that you have far more power than you ever thought possible and this little test? You will pass it, grow from it, and bloom wildly more brighter as a result.
Leaving an unhealthy group dynamic is never just about the hardships of doing so and breaking away from attacks - it’s about what comes after. The relief that follows, the weight that lifts, the freedom to breathe in your own energy again - this is where empowerment begins. And while there will always be shadows to name, there is also joy, clarity, and abundance waiting on the other side. In a future installment on this series, I’ll share what it feels like to step beyond the attacks: the tremendous release, the lessons carried forward, and the spiritual strength that rises when your sovereignty is reclaimed.
Until then, much love always,
Seraph
