My first marriage was abusive — something I rarely speak about, as I consider it a chapter learned from and closed.

And yet, pretending it didn't shape me would be dishonest.

Experiences like these don’t define us, but they do condition us - they shape our nervous systems, our relational patterns, and how safe we feel being seen, standing present in conflict, trusting others, and receiving love.

Until these patterns are brought into our awareness, they quietly steer and redirect us- often subtly- away from what we desire most.

So I invite you to get curious and notice:

    •    where you still seek approval through effort

    •    where you accept unequal energetic exchanges or feel like you settle for less than you deserve

    •    where you avoid out of comfort or choose safety over aliveness

Awareness is not blame.

It is the gift - and your doorway back to choice and growth.

Leo–Aquarius: Heart-Centered Leadership for the Collective

The Leo–Aquarius axis highlights the sacred tension between individual sovereignty and collective contribution.

It teaches us that true leadership is heart-centered, confident, and authentic — and, in service to humanity.

When hearts don’t feel safe, leadership collapses into control.
